Horrible horrible service and low inventory. I walk in and say I need to buy a dance shoe and then looked at my daughter and said for her? And I was the customer. Then they had low inventory and few Options and we found somewhat of an Option and they didn’t help me put on the shoe nor did they have an option to even measure my foot. No solutions no options. Never never again.

The workers here are AWFUL. Incredibly rude and not knowledgeable. They didn’t help my mom put on the dance shoe and she was majorly struggling.

I was slightly nervous to go here just because of a couple negative reviews I read on here about bad customer service. They are from a few years earlier and I am almost always willing to give a business a shot as some Unilocalers are a little dramatic in their reviews. To start– I called earlier in the day to inquire about ballet flats for my daughter to see if they even had what I needed. This is her first dance experience and I wanted to make sure she had proper shoes to go along with. The woman on the phone was very nice and very informative. She also gave me a couple pricing options to fit either budget I might have a had and that was appreciated as not everyone has the same budget for these things. On the other hand I was very much open to spending more if necessary on this trip because I know that having the proper shoes is beyond necessary in any sport. When we arrived we were greeted by both employees working and they even joked with us about the«great weather» we were having(it was a downpour). I told the woman what we were there for and she personally helped my daughter put on her shoes and explained which shoe would be best for her foot. We spent around $ 20 for her ballet flats and my daughter just loved them. I am confused by others that are upset about their pricing as this is a boutique/specialty store and expecting to find the same pricing as Walmart or online. What you will find is a plethora of quality products that are made to last as well as being a brick-and-mortar location that is able to personally help you find what you are looking for and you have it in your hand that day. They have knowledge to share about their products and what is best for a dancer. We will come back in the future to get a few more leotards for my daughter. This is a great store– you get what you pay for.

I was apprehensive based on reviews I had read online, but with recital and summer intensive coming up I gave them a try. I am so glad I did! The sales staff was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and mature. There was a little wait because we visited on a weekend and they were very busy, but they were hustling and had everything we needed. The store is clean and well stocked. Prices are good, and they have a frequent shopper card which I will be using. Glad I tried them!

Really really poor customer service on Saturday Sept 18th at 4:30PM. We were so happy to go in and get dance shoes and left feeling like they thought we were morons for buying a pair of ballet shoes on the slightly big side(instead of snug) for a growing 4 year old in a beginners class where shoes aren’t even required! We had planned on spending money on dance clothes for 2 kids and myself, but just left with the shoes. They clearly don’t need our business, we will go somewhere that does!

This store has the most poor customer service I have seen in a long time. It is the only dance and gymnastics supply store I know of in the vicinity, which is why I keep going back. Each time I have been in the store, I have never been greeted by any employee. Once I was in the store for 30 min or more with my daughter trying on all kinds of leotards and no one ever spoke to me. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and incredibly expensive.
