Bob did an amazing job remediating the ceiling in my kitchen that had toxic mold (stachybotrys) and guiding me on how to get my entire unit free of the mold spores.
We were unable to locate the source of the water that created the mold, and Bob took the time to research and flush the toilet upstairs — and uncovered the leak — the toilet dripped a couple of drops of water only when the toilet was flushed. As a result, we were able to clean up the source of the water. This was above & beyond what he was asked to do AND very much appreciated. The contractor who did the original research was unable to find the source of the water.
After carefully remediating the source of the mold, we retested, and found that the mold spores had moved thru out my home — because the previous contractor had opened the ceiling and left it open with my furnace running.
Bob guided us on next steps: Bob’s team did a complete clean of my entire condo — wiped everything down and left the hepa filters running. We got the furnace and all the air ducts professionally cleaned.
Bob’s work was excellent and very reasonably priced. He was clear about what was needed and how best for me to spend my resources. He was responsive to all my questions (i have never dealt with anything like this before). He took the time to explain what I needed and guide me thru this entire process.
As a result of Bob’s work, we eliminated all the toxic mold after our last test.

I hoped I would never have to write a review for a company like this, but my attic needed it and I am so glad I connected with Allpro. Their estimate was right on par with what a mold inspector told us to look for. The scheduling was a breeze and on remediation day, Felix and Travis came right on time.
These two guys were fantastic. They laid tarps everywhere to ensure no mess was made on our new white carpet. They took great care to clean everything in the attic and apply the antimicrobial paint as needed. They could have easily told me I needed paint everywhere and I would have gone with it, but their honesty was reassuring when they told me I needed to paint where appropriate. They showed me their step by step process along the way and even took care to make sure I was fully aware of my venting needs (something that was scheduled to be done post-​remediation). That also pointed out a cut in a support beam that my home inspector missed, and gave a very helpful tip on how to fix it by securing a 2×6 beam.
They were polite, professional and did a fantastic job. Though I hope I never have to deal with this issue again, I would highly recommend Allpro to anyone in need of mold remediation!
