I go to Starbucks daily in Vacaville. This Starbucks is closest to my daughter’s house and go there when I visit. Worst service ever out of any Starbucks I’ve been to over the years. I waited, and waited, and waited for my sandwich and two cake pops. 6 people behind the counter. I had to ask twice finally got the food that I ordered. The only reason I gave it 2 Stars, is a they did give me a $ 4 gift card for the bad service.

Made my drink wrong 3 times and gave me attitude about it. Then took 15 mins to heat up a croissant even though we had all our other food for ten minutes. It wasn’t that busy so no excuses for this kind of service.

After waiting 18min for a tall coffee with an add shot(today at 11a) I approached the barista and STARTED to ask if my order maybe got lost but was abruptly cut off and told«I’m sorry mam in case you haven’t noticed we’re busy and I’m going as fast as I can. Thank you, that’s all». What is wrong with people? Management might consider more staff.

SLOWEST Starbucks ever and staff appear clueless and work slow — even when it’s packed!!! 5th time I tried — DONE!!!

After ordering I waited almost 20 minutes for a cofee. I finally asked the barista about my drink and she Are you Matt? So she knew my drink, she knew I was there, she just wasn’t making it. Meanwhile people who came in after me where leaving with drinks. Maybe I did something to make them mad?

Slowest most confused Starbucks I’ve been in in my entire life. It appears what’s slowed down the morning is the fact that their Mobil ordering app isn’t functioning properly and causing delays. Who the hell needs to order their coffee via an app??? Their inability to wait 10 mins like the rest of us has caused the rest of us to wait for an incredible amount of time. This is a complete debacle. Send in management SB, this team needs help.

They have better staff now there’s this guy who works at the drive thru window who has the most cheerful vibe! Always smiling, welcoming with positive energy like he enjoys what he does. I forgot his name but he’s awesome! Always great service whenever he’s working… Today’s kinda slow that’s why I got to write this review lol but it’s okay.

Took an hour to get through their drive through, which made me late to work, and I was suspended. And they still made me pay for the stupid drink. Didn’t apologize. Nothing. Never going back here.

Wow! I’m visiting from Los Angeles, this has got to be the worst Starbucks ever! The Unilocal reviews don’t seem to be working at this location, they are apathetic at best and don’t seem to care that everyone is waiting, no friendly smiles, no communication, very poorly managed

Crowded again! That’s seems to be the case at every Starbucks I go to. I wish I had bought stocks in Starbucks 30 yrs ago. First off — I love their coffee. I only make Starbucks coffee at home. 2nd — all Stabuck menus are alike. Mostly. So as a customer there is no guessing. 3rd — I always feel confident I am going to get a good cup o’Joe.

I went there today at 5:40 am. Again service was painfully slow. I spent almost 20 minutes b with only three cars in front of me. I was late for work when I left with plenty of time. All the girls working(actually one girl was fully working) the rest were chatting. I had to wait longer for my sandwich, which the center was ice cold. Not a good way to start my morning

Have you ever been to a starbucks? or ordered coffee before? Same thing. They provide a standard amount of service, and is relatively quick. Except for their drive thru. I’ve never had good service in the drive thru. This last time was particularly bad. I happen to text a friend just after placing my order. It took 20 minutes for them to complete my order. When I finally got to the window, I gave them my card, he proceeded to swipe my card, and said some other order. No, that’s not my order, I ordered a chai. He gave me back my card, and went off to look for my drink… and then he started to make it. Mistakes happen. OK. I asked him for my receipt to see what was charged on my card. after some further digging around, he said that I never paid. ok, but i saw you swipe it. Some more digging around — someone else paid for my drink. So I got my drink for free because some one else paid for my drink. Pro-tip: ask for your receipt/check your receipt because you may end up unintentionally paying for someone else’s drink. Pro-tip: It faster to go inside than to go thru the drive thru.

I am a Starbucks regular and this is the worst Starbucks in town. As a full time student, I love going to Starbucks to study. I usually buy multiple drinks and pastries while there and I spend about $ 100 a month at Starbucks. This used to be my favorite location because of the proximity to the college, but it has become more and more unwelcoming. First, they remodeled it to take out many seats and put in a counter community table instead(which is super uncomfortable and the outlets are on the underside of the table, making my computer plug always fall out). Over the last year, they have moved things around to eliminate available outlets for people to use. It seems they are doing everything they can to make sure people don’t want to sit there. They now only have ONE available outlet in the store, only 4 tables, and worst of all, they keep the place FREEZING. I’m not exaggerating; my friend and I were shivering with sweatshirts, scarves, and even a blanket on. We were there tonight for about 30 minutes and I overheard 6 different people ask and complain about the temperature. The rude barista kept saying«our thermostat is set at 74 degrees; its 74 degrees in here.» UM. Either your thermostat is broken, or you’re having trouble reading it. Many people walked in and walked out because it was unbearably freezing. Unless you’re going through the drive thru, do yourself a favor and go to one of the other 9 Starbucks’ in Napa. I recommend the one in Redwood Plaza! And if you must go to this one, make sure you bring a coat, mittens, blankets, and maybe a floor heater. Oh but wait, there are no outlets to plug it in to…

Not from the area but wow it took forever in the drive-thru. We finally get to order two drinks: a caffe latte and a flat white. Nothing too complicated but both terrible. We also ordered two sausage and cheese croissants. They were good. But I will say the young girl taking our order kept saying«Is that it?» «Is that it??» It was rude and unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

We bought a Latte Macchiatto in Cordelia and the made a Caramel Macchiatto. We did not have time to go back so we went to this store and they replaced the other on the house. Thank you so very very much we were not expecting that. We only were only having it thrown away. Excellent service and customer relations The drive thru young lady at 9:40am went above the call of duty to help us.

Okay… Not that I am super proud to be a Starbucks frequenter but I am. This one is so slow for the drive thru. It’s so slow that I am writing this review while I am waiting for the two cars ahead of me to order. I would not necessarily write this for a one time deal. Last week I was at this same location and it took just as long and I get up to the window, my drink is waiting and the guy at the window is busy talking to someone else who works there. So I’m waiting an additional couple of minutes. Okay lesson learned. Stop going to this location.

Didn’t find this particular location anything special. It’s located right on an intersection which attracts a lot of traffic & on the same street as Napa State Hospital. I came here around early afternoon hours and the line was stronger than it should have been. The service was slow and it took me longer to get my Mocha Frap rather than in other places. I am sure there are better Starbucks locations that have better and quicker service in Napa but this location was definitely not one of them. I guess if I was in desperate need of coffee or needed to satisfy my craving, then I would come here but it’s not my first choice.

I am more of a coffee snob in the city but when I am across the bridge and out in an area that is out of my coffee jurisdiction, I don’t judge. Besides I have achieved gold status until 2016 so I might as well take advantage of it ;) This Starbucks is right off the busy junction and in a perfect space where Raley’s, Target, and Home Depot are located. We stopped for an extra hot Breve Latte, Gingerbread Loaf, Bagel with cream cheese, and a light mocha. On top of that, I purchased 3 of their plastic to-go hot cups for $ 2 each. They make great xmas stocking stuffers. My Breve has always been made without any issues and the bagel was the perfect combo of toasted and crunchy on the outside but warm and fluffy on the inside. The staff here are great, friendly, and efficient. Ultimately, what I look for at a Starbucks is good service, friendliness, and spots where we could sit for 15 mins. This place offered all three before we decided to head to Target across the parking lot.

This Starbucks is meh. There are better and friendlier Starbucks locations spread throughout Napa. I happen to go here because it’s convenient and close by my school. Let me break down the pros and cons to you! Pros: — FREEWIFI! — The early and late hours(Opens at 4:30AM and closes at 11PM) — Convenient drive-thru(kind of…) — Consistent coffee Cons(This might get a little ugly): — Some of the baristas have snobby ass attitudes. I tried to be friendly and say«hi,» but some of them glanced at me and walked away from me. That’s cool, that’s cool. — I don’t like how they manage their drive-thru. I think it would make more sense to multitask between taking orders and giving the drinks to the customers waiting by the window instead of ignoring the customer by the window for 5 – 10 minutes. — Limited outlets for electronics — They have a reputation for messing up people’s orders a lot. Listening skills needs improvement.
