Best Starbucks in Napa hands down! Always a friendly staff that greets me by name(hard to find at a chain coffee shop) and makes the best drinks! I’ll keep driving across town just to come here!

Long lines before school and at lunch but the staff is attentive and friendly. If you are even a quasi regular like me, they get to know your name and your order. They are efficient and courteous. The drinks are on par with other Starbucks locations. It is the service that is great.

I love this Starbucks! Hands down, best Starbucks in Napa. The employees here are great; I’m friends with a couple of them. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for about four years now since it’s right next to my high school.(They handle Napa High’s lunch hour pretty amazingly.) I can’t remember any time they’ve messed up my order. Also they’ll let you order something you’d like to try and remake it for you if you don’t like it! :) (ex: I ordered a skinny vanilla latte once hoping I could replace my regular vanilla latte addiction with it, didn’t work) There are almost always enough pastries for everyone, and obviously enough soy chai’s for me. Workers are fast-paced, very friendly, and obviously have mastered being a barista. As for the inside, it’s larger than other Starbucks’ in Napa and always clean. Go to this Starbucks, and don’t forget to tip :)

I would be lying if I said I didn’t like this Starbucks. This is the perfect Starbucks for the typical Napa High kiddos and Community College peeps. It’s conveniently close by the highway 29 and a couple other surrounding Latino restaurants. I like this Starbucks location best in Napa because it’s not in a tourist trap part of town, and the baristas here are actually nice. This is my go-to Starbucks if I’m in the Napa county with nothing better to do. Plus, their drinks are made well hands down!

Excellent and timely service and drinks are made to order. The barista was very kind and did not seem too put out to make the three drinks that my sister, my cousin and I had ordered!

Hit and miss. Most days the staff are exceptional but today they seem lifeless, scripted and bored. My drink took forever and I was first in line with no customers before me. Not too great today, guys.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they make my order spot on. Other times I get to experience the joy of lactose intolerance :/I always order my order with Soy & put a huge emphasis on it. Sometimes they listen, sometimes I get charged extra for soy & don’t have it. What prompted the review today. I ordered a tall macchiato with soy & no whip cream. As I’m starting to drink I see that ¼ of my drink is stuffed with whip cream, it doesn’t have soy milk & they cup wasn’t even a full cup of coffee. Sorry Starbucks after so many mistakes you’ve lost my business at this location.

It’s a Starbucks, so the inside is pretty much a clone of all the rest of them. It’s literally across the street from a high school, so in the afternoon, it’s swarming with high school kids. I guess depending on who you are, that’s either a good thing or a bad thing. This location has some outdoor seating, but because it’s at the intersection of two very busy streets(Lincoln and Jefferson), the road noise doesn’t make it very pleasant. Oh, and there’s no drive thru.

This use to be the old foster freeze when I was a kid and the lot was vacant for ages and ages. But now we have a Starbucks. Fantastic. The parking lot isn’t huge, but the inside is pretty big. The people are friendly and the service fast. What more can you ask for.

I came in this morning and the line was nearly out the door; however, the staff were so on top of it, that my drink was ready before I could even finish paying! It was great!

This location is quite slow. The cashier was real chatty with everybody — talking about a survey and stuff for what seemed like minutes. The barista made my order correctly and I left. I was there in the middle of the afternoon so no real problem with parking.

Same Old Same Old — Except this one’s architecture is particularly easy on the eyes. Love the way the building looks at night, sleek, calm, and inviting. Service was good. My tea was yummy, can’t really go wrong for a late night coffee/tea fix.

Chai latte was great and so was the breakfast wrap. The wrap tasted more like a pizza to me then a healthy low cal breakfast.

Worst Starbucks EVAR. Cashier tried to charge $ 4 extra for our two iced coffees today. When we asked to split the bill between two cards, suddenly the price dropped $ 4 total, WTF?!! Then the dumb cashier started our drinks for the barista and it turned out so bitter the barista had to remake it. All the while, the stupid cashier girl kept chatting away to her coworkers about which car she wants to buy. Okay, I know you work at Starbucks but come on, have SOME professionalism. Yes, I’m from Seattle and I might have higher expectations, but trying to charge $ 4 extra for nothing, that’s just sketch. Cashier lady at 5pm, you are dumb.

Of all the Starbucks locations in Napa, this one has the trickiest parking lot. It’s best to avoid it during the breakfast rush, and either come early or late. The postage stamp-sized parking lot isn’t a help. The first time I went, there was confusion with my order, but it was still resolved. By the time I returned a second time, service had improved. It’s good for a quick breakfast, and good for people watching.

As nice a Starbucks as any to read the Chronicle or meet a friend. The location is ideal for Starbucks because Napa High is right across the street. I wouldn’t make a stop here during school hours unless you’re a teacher or a student. On an overcast Sunday like today, I walked over and enjoyed the minimal crowd. Sitting at an outside table, it’s hard not to notice the stop-n-go traffic a mere ten feet from your table. Buttercream might be your better bet for a bottomless cup of coffee and bacon and eggs, but here is where you can grab a cup to go and be on the road in no time.
