Best Tres Leches cake in Napa Valley, the people in there are also always so helpful and nice!

My sister LOVES Tres Leches cake. I had read all the reviews on Joey’s Bakery, and they did not disappoint! They had a cooler filled with beautifully decorated cakes, and I chose one that was airbrushed yellow with white and green flowers. Everyone at the party said it was one of the best cakes they had ever had.
FYI– A whole cake is $ 30, and they are cash only.

Wow. Best deal ever! $ 2 for an amazing cream filled, powdered sugar-​dusted pastry and a jelly filled churro. A true diamond in the rough.

Love Love Love their Tres Leche Cake!!! So moist and the raspberry filling and the soft frosting… a lil Fiesta in your mouth!!! The employees/​owner are so kind and very helpful. Not only cakes… but mexican pastries of every kind. highly recommend… Birthday cake for co workers… BIG HUGE SUCCESS

Yummy jalapeño cream cheese buns! An middle aged scumbag male was
tacky, cutting in lines aggressively. Its best not to come
on Sunday at 9:15 a.m. where some get crazy trying to cut in front of people that
were waiting patiently before. Only one single cashier and she was too
busy to monitor the cheaters cutting. Its like a Walmart Black Friday crowd. It
is self serve. You get a red tray, have to ask for the tongs and get your
pastry then stand in the long line.

Had to give 5 stars! I live in Martinez and went all the way to Napa to order my daughters cake for her birthday. I’ve had their cake only once before at a friends birthday and I just had to get my cake here as well. Their prices are nothing compared to a local bakery in Martinez, I ordered a 2 tier tinkerbell cake and for the price in Martinez would have been double!!(I did do my research) also Joeys only needed at least 1 day in advance… I wouldn’t cut it that close though, but a local bakery needed a weeks notice. They also deliver!!! ESTELLA was the one who helped me order my cake, and she gave us exactly what we wanted. Everyone complimented on how beautiful the cake looked and how great it tasted! Oh one last thing, they have fresh baked goods which are delicious as well. and when I say fresh baked, they were literally putting new pastries, bread, etc almost every 15 mins! 01÷09÷2012…

I went to a friend’s 40^th Birthday party with a tres leches cake that came from Joey’s. It was absolutely amazing. So light and creamy, with a frosting that was just the right amount. In a room filled with Hispanic people they all agreed that this is the best tres leche cake anyone has had. I do not live close to Napa, but plan on having my friend from that area come to my next party just so he can bring the cake. Nice work Joey’s Bakery!

This place is pretty awesome. It’s a random mexican bakery that have all sorts of delicious baked bread-​y goods.
You come in, grab a lunch tray, tongs and basically get whatever you want (self serve). When you’re done you pay. everything they offer is at a super reasonable price (i want to say .50cents — $ 2). They don’t speak stellar english so don’t expect too much (like a full description on what the item is made out of or what not), but they are super friendly.
one of my lately routine is to get my coffee and stop by here for a morning treat (cheaper than at those coffee shops).
