We were looking for kids stores in Napa and came across this place on Unilocal. We drove by and at first it looked like it wasn’t open. We then turned around and noticed a flashing open sign. As soon as I walked in, I wanted to walk out. This place has items stacked all over the place and I felt like it was in a dark dungeon. I glanced at some of the prices and it seemed expensive. We left without buying anything.

Lots to choose from but over priced IMO. Still, I’m happy to have a place like this in Napa

Saw a posting for this store and was looking forward to going there. Positives were the wide selection of merchandise including clothing and shoes for mommies-which was really nice. Negatives were very, very, high prices, clutter, and a dusty atmosphere, some clothing had stains although clothing was clean and pressed, several items packaging had a crusty film on them, and the shopping baskets are filthy old and the metal handles of the baskets feel jagged to the hand. Store is so cluttered it is hard to look at everything or move around. Some of the price tags are missing or have blackened when steamer used on clothing so it is difficult to know what something costs. The prices though were what really dismayed me. It is a consignment shop, but the owner should set some asking price ranges because it was way overpriced for used items. A little pullover was priced at $ 9 when the same ones sell for $ 12 new, for example. The baby shoes were crazy prices too like$ 12.99 and $ 19.99 when they sell for that new. There was a bag of old legos there for $ 60. It might have been a collectible He-Man edition, but it looked really dirty and just old. Please dust and de-clutter the store, people want clean items for baby. Please lower your prices so that they are reasonable for used merchandise-should be about 25 – 35 percent of current retail costs.

Wow there’s a lot of bad reviews here. Maybe things should change around there. I want to like going there but I regret it every time. No one really says hello when you go in and don’t want to help you. The things seem very over priced for used things. The items seem to be there a long time and there’s just so many things framed in there that it’s to overwhelming to search for anything.

This place looked great! We couldn’t find what we were looking for but I look forward to coming back with more time and doing some serious shopping.

Horrendous customer service… run by cretins!!! I called today to ask if they were open, as it’s a holiday. The woman told me «yes». I then asked whether they accept baby jogger strollers and she again said«yes». Not a word more. I collapsed 2 large(one is a twinner) strollers, took off their wheels to get them in my car, drove across town, and showed up to drop them off(after reassembling them in the parking lot), only to be told: 1) they only accept items Wednesday-Saturday(why?!) and 2) they only accept baby jogger strollers in March and April«because no one wants them in bad weather». [We happen to have had the driest winter on record and it’s sunny and 72 degrees out.] Do you think the woman who took my call this morning could have explained all that and saved me an hour of time?! The woman on duty was unapologeti, rude, and just shrugged her shoulders… what a bad attitude. I should have read the other Unilocal reviews before I dealt with these people.

I am a consigner at this store and I have to say– yes it is a bit crowded because it is full, but that is so they can have everything you could want. A couple of my things sold. I love what I have bought ther! The girls that helped me were very clear on the consigning rules and pick-up dates and how and when to pick up money and even helped me find my things because they were in between busy times. I was very thankful cause I have blinders on sometimes and can be looking right at them. It is a great place to spend some time because there is so much. Thank you ladies!

Buyers BEWARE! We had out-of-town guests last weekend who forgot their stroller. We were off to San Francisco the next day and in desperate need so a friend suggested that I drop by this store. They did have a pretty good selection, but most were in poor condition and really dirty. The woman who helped me was very friendly, showed me how to fold it up, and I was on my way with a used double stroller that I paid $ 60 for. On the first test drive with only 1 baby passenger on board the back wheels collapsed. I called the store and the woman told me to bring the stroller back for a refund. To their credit, the woman did meet me at the store before the regular store hours, but would NOT refund my money. She only gave me store crdit even though I pointed out to her that I was sold broken and downright unsafe equipment. To avoid a scene we left with a used single umbrella stroller that could have been purchased new at Target for less than $ 60. I will never spend money in this store again, and warn all that do to thoroughly test all equipement, toys ect. before making a purchase.
