I like the food but since the tacos are actually MINI tacos(thats why thier 99¢) you have to order ten in order to fill your stomach. I would have given five stars but they need to make some changes first. They need to give more than one salsa per table, one for two people just makes a mess. One per person please. They now offer 2 Free Margaritas, mango only I suspect because they didn’t ask my preference. I felt I was being pushed to order something to drink other than margarita because she kept asking me if I wanted something else to drink other than margarita. It got annoying. It’s never busy or full but it takes forever to get your order.

I have to say that this is the worst restaurant I have been to in many years. First off, my wife found a half eaten tortilla under her scrambled eggs. I found small bits of food on and between my corn tortillas. The food was not cooked with any herbs or spices, only a little salt. Nothing had any flavor. The lime they served with my tea was the end that is supposed to be thrown in the trash. The limes for menudo were cut on previous day. The menudo had absolutely no flavor. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

Spotted their write up in the paper and dropped by for breakfast tacos. No frills but very clean and friendly. Great to have breakfast tacos with homemade tortillas in Nacogdoches(Austin spoiled me!). I picked up two for $ 1.50 apiece. I believe breakfast tacos with corn are $ 1 apiece. The menu items from what I’ve read are all made from scratch in house. Everything on the menu was very economical. Most items were around $ 5 – 6 including entire breakfasts. Hope this place makes it! I didn’t see address online when adding this business. It’s a minute from downtown. It’s located on right hand side of south street as your heading south, not far past the bridge, directly across from entrance to Pioneer Park.
