I had a bad experience visiting this vineyard and won’t go back. Very disappointing!

Wonderful place to visit! Eric, the manager, is a hoot and makes wine tasting fun! His lady Cynthia is super friendly and a wonderful server! Was there while they were setting up for a wedding later that evening and it looked amazing! Everyone seemed so happy and relaxed. The view from the back veranda was so tranquil and beautiful, over looking the river with ducks floating past. While there we saw wild turkeys and deer just roaming around. It was a wonderful way to spend a Saturday!

Yesterday our wine tasting foursome made Pyrenees our solo destination. WOW what a delightful experience! We happened to catch the owner, Robert, on his one weekend a month visit to the winery. He thoroughly explained each wine while we tasted. We were able to taste several varieties before our group selected our purchases. The red wines were my personal favorite but there truly wasn’t a wine I didn’t enjoy. I HIGHLY recommend Pyrenees Winery for a great experience AND wonderful wines.

I attended a wedding on Oct. 5, 2013… the venue is absolutely gorgeous, the wines are good, unfortunately the couple working the event were inhospitable and at times, rude… felt like they would rather not have to deal with any of us. The other downside is that you have to be done by 10:00 pm.

My husband & I went today & loved it! Very nice people in the tasting room & great wines, we especially liked their meritage. Used the Unilocal deal got free tastings too! Would recommend stopping in Pyrenees you won’t be sorry.

«Really great place, especially unexpected while driving up the I-5. Great people, delicious wine, and beautiful scenery at a fraction of the cost. Easily rivals the best of Sonoma.»

Really easy to find. Stopped here last year on our trip and planning to stop by this week when we drive by. Went during the week, no one else was there, they were very generous with the tastings and I bought a bottle.

This place is a small drive off I-5 in beautiful Oregon. The tasting room sits on a nice patio overlooking the river. The whites and reds here were all very good. They have a complex, earthy, mineral characteristic to them that was intriguing. The 2005 Pinot Noir is great, especially after it breathes for an hour! We bought a couple bottles of this surprise! Overall, this is a great place to bring some food, enjoy a tasting and a glass of your favorite.

Off the road but not too far off. it was a nice non crowded day for a visit. They do not feature food or any frills but the wines they have are worth the stop. We were treated to several tastes of their wines for free.

Great wines at a beautiful location right alongside the river. When the weather is nice, I bet the river deck is a great place for a picnic. We really enjoyed their wines and took home a bottle of their 2009 Gewurtztraminer that’s done in a very dry style with no sweetness to it. We also enjoyed their Cab and Merlot. Pyrenees in easy to find right off the highway and has a nice tasting room, right in the heart of their vineyards. We’re already planning a trip back there this summer!
