On The River Golf & RV Resort

We have stayed here several times on our way to the coast. It is beautiful, love the ponds, the river, enjoy the golf coarse and the quietness of the resort.

Last night was our first visit to this lovely park. Nyla checked us in and made us feel so welcome. We were extremely tired, had an early dinner shower & in bed by 8:00 pm. We were not bothered by any noise of any kind. We will definitely stop overnight again on our way back to San Diego in October.

I really liked this place. The hosts were so friendly, the park is nicely shaded with trees, and it was very well kept. There was a nice amount of gardening going on so it felt as if you were staying with friends. It’s right next to the river and surprisingly chock full of blackberries that hadn’t been picked. Yum!
I’m not a big fan of the quarter showers. I’m not sure why places feel this is necessary. The bathrooms are shower and toilet combined so you can lock the door and have the place to yourself which I do like since I don’t have facilities in my rig.
They don’t accept credit cards. I don’t golf, but you can have at it on their small course, and there’s a nice pond you can walk around.

This place is only 5 minutes off of 5. During the smoke of the Oregon fires this place was crystal clear. They have full hookups for RV’s including 50 amp power for those who need it.
Quiet place with laid back friendly tenants. One row of back in slots are on a large grassy stripe and looks down on the river. There is a trail which will take you to the waters edge and a small dock reserved for the RV park.
The place has a s golf course, coi pond, and a well stocked catch-​and-​release fishing pond. My son caught 3 catfish and a bluegill in about 20 minutes, had the time of his life.
Showers are available but they are 4 minutes for 25c, they also have coin laundry facilities. Be sure to bring quarters!
Rentals are cash and check only, no credit cards but they will still reserve you a slot over the phone.
