The Waterway House- Sports & Spirits

Came to look at NBA championship and it is Halftime you, still no food. One waiter handling the bar, waiting on tables, and taking orders. She stated this was her first day. Where is the manager… Disappointed to say the least!!!

We went on a Saturday evening in June. Sat at a hightop table at the front window. Nice. The server was attentive but not annoying; good job.
Prices are reasonable, and the food was good. We were pleasantly surprised at the presentation – clearly the kitchen staff is *not* just heating stuff up.
One side of the restaurant has pool tables with plenty of room to play. Looks like fun. And, there are plenty of TVs tuned to sports. Our server asked us if there was a particular game we wanted to watch, and then went in back to find it and put it on.

We try to stop in here twice a month. The staff are wonderful. The wings are very good as are their hamburgers and personal pizza. We often go early as it fills up quickly and try different eats from their early bird menu. It’s clean has lots of tv’s and a couple pool tables our grown children like going to watch sports and enjoy a game of pool.

Pizza is a must at this place. Bartenders were awesome customer service wise as well!

Favorite place to eat in Myrtle Beach very clean very well Run… manager is super nice employees on the ball and very attentive. I go there at least twice a week and bring different people all the time everybody loves it best pizza around! Their wings are awesome too. All around friendly great comfortable atmosphere!!! If you want the best service the best pizza money can buy go to the Waterway House

We came here to watch nfl playoffs since we got rained out for golf. Came here based on excellent Unilocal reviews and was not disappointed.
Parking is tight! Get there early for games.
Will return again, go you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent food. Very attentive staff. We went there while on vacation to watch the football game. Lots of TV’s. Pool tables and super clean. We WILL come back next year. Did I mention the burger was great? Jackie and Jaime were great

Great place to watch a game. Wings are great and the pizza nice and cheesy. I was out of town and the staff put the games we wanted to watch on the TVs around us.

Went last night now my 3^rd time there. Never disappointed for a sports bar. Wait staff excellent. Good pizza and bar snacks.

Love this place! Great place to hang out, drink a beer, grab some great food and shoot pool! I’m impressed with the cleanliness of this fun sports bar! Stopped in for the fight last night and had a great time! Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed a great meal here last night while vacationing in Myrtle. Kind of stumbled upon place from Unilocal.Walked into the bar side and realized its actually 2 sides — the bar side and the Italian kitchen side. Some had pizza — they liked it. I enjoyed the buffalo shrimp wrap and my son enjoyed the chicken Alfredo. Then my husband had the chicken tenders in their hot buffalo — they were a hit! Overall this place is a great find. The owner checked on us a few times but we had no
Complaints. Service great. Give it a try.

We ate here on vacation on Sunday night, other places couldn’t accommodate our party of 8. Food and service were great, staff was extra friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Worst service ever. Baits reviews by offering free appetizers. Decent food and pretty good atmosphere. Waitress was clueless and manager was playing pool on shift.

Great spot to relax and enjoy delicious pizza, wings, drinks while watching sports, listening to live entertainment, or playing pool. The place is clean, modern with a mellow vibe. The service was superb and the owner visited each table to make sure everyone was satisfied. We sat on the bar side (half of Waterways is connected/​shared by their Italian restaurant) and I could see glimpses of our pizza being made/​tossed. When it gets warmer I know it’ll be very popular with their covered outdoor patio. Note: no one under 21 admitted after 10pm.
We arrived with kids in tow about 9. They loved it and said the pizza and wings were the best! And the waiter couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. Was very quick to put in and deliver our orders and automatically gave us extra napkins (why very few wait staff do this as soon as they see kids in a party, I have no idea. I usu end up having to ask). We enjoyed watching the basketball game and UFC fights while we were there. Hockey, golf, and some other sport I can’t recall were on the other tv’s. I would love to come back here for a date night to watch the game, have a beer, and play some pool. Love the friendly mellow vibe here. Check it out!

One of my fav places for drinks with great bartenders, plenty of TVs, and Touch Tunes. The BEST pizza in Myrtle Beach!

The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. Food is EXCELLENT and very reasonably priced… house made pizza crust. everything we had exceeded our expectations.
Pool tables… video games… plenty of flat screens… family friendly (GFs 11 year old loved the place!)
In the Shore Drive/​Lake Arrowhead road area… this place is among the better choices for sports, great food… good for take away meals…

You will find plenty of locals… but also great for tourists and snowbirds !
