I tried to find this place last night, but they don’t have a sign.
Eventually I called them this afternoon and found out that they are located inside Gigi’s bar, on the corner of the 3rd avenue south, which is the listed location. Also, they close at 10 PM not 2 AM. I will definitely try to come here again. Quite confusing but hopefully it’s worth it.
