Upscale atmosphere, outstanding service, reasonable prices for most dishes, and best seafood around.

Tea was $ 2.50 a glass, but I can’t even complain because it was the best tea I’ve ever had. Grilled shrimp was amazing and oyster pasta was lovely. That and calamari appetizer came to just over $ 50. Love the Frank Sinatra music and relaxing, comfortable atmosphere.

Wow, this was a really good seafood restaurant. Not what you’d expect in a strip mall. The restaurant was larger than expected. Our server was very good.

If you are in Myrtle Beach and like seafood you HAVE to make a stop here. Everything is amazing! We order tons of different dishes and were very satisfied with each and every one of them. Yummy!

This was a terrible experience from start to finish. My husband is in a wheelchair and no assistance in clearing chairs to aid us with the seating was ever offered. When we entered we were told to,“Sit anywhere.” There were only two tables occupied but NUMEROUS dirty tables. Our server was terrible and the food was worse. I ordered fried oysters. The breading was VERY salty. Husband ordered calamari. Also salty. The crab and corn chowder was extremely lemony. I would be willing to give this place a second chance had it not been for the total lack of regard of the waitstaff.

Holy cow! We brought a party of 8 here while on vacation and everyone enjoyed their meals. Crab dip, crab cakes and the ahi tumlna topped the lists. Service was fantastic and we hope to come back before we leave town.

I had sea bass and wife had salmon. Everything was excellent. The service also was very good and quick. Try the sweet hush puppies for a appetizer. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a quality meal.

Service was great. Hot blue crab dip was excellent. Crab cakes were some of the best I’ve ever had. Mac and cheese was bland to my taste, the heavy breading on top does not make up for a lack of salt in the dish itself. The shrimp and grits were tasty, but the dense grit cake swimming in a heavy cream sauce made for one rich meal. My husband wasn’t able to eat it all, and he usually cleans his plate. Good food. Good service. Will definitely return someday for the crab cakes.

I came here with my family, and we all bragged about our meals. I don’t think I have ever cleaned my plate like I did here. They had a magician going around to tables to relieve some of the wait, which was fun, especially for my 12 year old brother. Overall, wonderful, family friendly but also could be a nice date night joint. Bar was very classy and had awesome margaritas, I would say try the cucumber margarita, A+!!!

Stopped by for lunch and started with the raw oyster. Delicious! Well cleaned, no shell bits floating around, and the horse radish had an awesome kick. Blue crab dip was a let down. Searched for the crab and there may have been less than a spoonful and pita chip were ehh. The fish and chips was excellent. The fish was especially moist and came in two large pieces. I had the sweet chilli shrimp on ciabatta and the bread and shrimp were awesome. Quick and friendly service. Really clean bathroom was a bonus as it was our first stop when arriving to myrtle. Highly recommend!

Nice restaurant with white table cloths. Food was very good. Crab cakes were very good that came with a big bowl of mac & cheese that was OK. Everyone enjoyed there meal. If BShuckers was closer to the main drag, the waiting line would be very long. They seem to be more of a local joint. Our waitress was nice & worked very diligently. She could use some training in how & when to take dirty dishes away & some other serving knowledge; similar to many restaurants these days.

Food was outstanding. I wish there was a 4.5 star because that’s what I would give it. Food quality was awesome, we all loved our dinner. The waitstaff was friendly but a bit disorganized. We had to ask for a waitress before we were greeted and she took a bit to come check in throughout dinner. Not bad service at all but not good enough to give this place the perfect rating. Other diners meals looked amazing. We had the ribs, salmon and grouper all were perfect. The house salad was a bit small but the lettuce was fresh and firm with quality ingredients and it also tasted great. I was able to see someone order the tuna and it looked to die for, so did the shrimp appetizer ‘oh brother shrimp’. I am really sad we won’t have time to go back, this has been my favorite restaurant this week and we have only been eating at Unilocal rated restaurants at 4+ stars and they have all been great. Totally love this place. Also I took my kids they were fine and there were other children in the restaurant but they were all quiet. There was a magician there that came to our table and did some private shows for the kids he was amazing it was a great surprise and my children loved it and were entertained while we waited for food. They take reservations too! It’s a bit isolated are but clean and nice a few minute drive and it’s well worth it.

Decided to eat here after seeing good reviews around the interwebs. I went with my mom and sister. Entered and was seated after about 2 minutes. Our table was toward the rear of the dining room. My mom got unsweetened tea and my sister and I got Arnie Palmers to drink. All of which were good. To start, we got the«Hot Crab Dip» and were not disappointed. As a native Baltimoron, I know what crab dip and crab cakes ought to be. I did add a little bit of the Old Bay which was sitting in a shaker on the table(+1 point). This was top notch and while I thought that«Hot» meant spicy, it meant temperature hot. I guess some people aren’t used to hot dips… I got the Ahi Tuna, medium rare, with sauteed spinach on the side. I was in love with this dish. I couldn’t get enough of it and was so sad yet satisfied when I finished. Super tender and the spinach was perfect. I went out on a limb with this dish as it’s not usually something I’d get, but I was sooooooo happy with it. My mom got a dozen steamed shrimp. These were on par with steamed shrimp from home and were reasonably priced. She enjoyed them and I ate a couple to help her out(#fatty). My sister got the crab cakes. Now I must preface this section by saying that I am very picky with crab cakes. As a crab/crab cake connoisseur, I am a harsh judge. These crab cakes were described as «Maryland style crab cakes.» My sister quite enjoyed the Mac n Cheese that accompanied the dish. The crab cakes though were good, but not as seasoned as I would like. It could have used more Old Bay in my opinion. That said, these crab cakes were THEBEST crab cakes I have ever had OUTSIDEOFMARYLAND. Most places do a horrible job. The prices were reasonable and the food was great. The only«con» was that I could not hear the live music very well from where I was seated. And the bathrooms were only 1 person rooms so there was a little bit of waiting involved. That said, I would recommend this place 100% 8 thumbs up!(I have weird hands.)

I came here when my parents were visiting me at college. I got the shrimp and grits, and it was delicious. When you come to the south for some shrimp and grits you can it served the way it should be served in the south; on a nice tasty grit cake. The Andouille sausage blended with the peppers and sauce was nice and creamy. I definitely would recommend this entrée cause this is a dish I would come back for. We also had the crab dip as an appetizer it was warm had some nice chunks of crab. I’m from the Chesapeake area of Virginia, and this is one of my favorite appetizers, and even tasted great as I would get at home. Overall the service was great our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was nice there was a musician playing and he really did brought the restaurant alive.

This oddly named restaurant is located in a strip mall type building on the outskirts of Myrtle. It’s a newer place, and it’s actually quite nice. I ordered the shrimp scampi florentine, and I probably wouldn’t do that again. It had an odd taste, probably from the spinach. And it really wasn’t very garlicky. I looked at other people’s food though, and it all looked great! I guess they must all be locals and know what’s good here.

This was our first visit and we will be back again! Crab dip was huge and could easily be enough for the whole table. Crabcake sandwiches were delicious and portion size was generous. Homemade balsamic vinaigrette was the best I’ve ever had. Service was wonderful too.

Food was excellent, and John(our server) was just as good. Atmosphere was unexpectedly nice, but casual. We had three kids under the age of 6 with us, and it was OK. Probably a little upscale for them. I had the shrimp and grits, and the sauce was amazing. The grits are more like a cake, so I wasn’t as fond of them as I’ve been at other places, but the dish overall was good. My wife had the chicken marsala(she doesn’t eat seafood), and it was an extremely large portion. Really great place; reservations made seating quick, but the food still took a little while to make it to the table. That was the only ding out of an otherwise great service.

I love this place and go every year I am in the area. The food and service are really good. On this trip I had their drink special which was a cucumber margarita. It was so light and refreshing. It should be on their regular drink menu. For appetizer I had their oysters on the half shell and calamari. The oysters were cold and fresh. The also serve them with extra horseradish so you can up the heat on their cocktail sauce. The calamari is crisp and tender. I like their marinara sauce as well. For my entrée I had the mussels with pasta in a white wine sauce. The mussels were huge and not a trace of grit. There was a little too much sauce but some of their bread helped with that. I look forward to eating hwere again.
