What an enjoyable gallery! It spotlights Michigan/​Great Lakes Region artists; lots of vibrant colors and dynamic, fun designs, with an emphasis on Michigan/​Upper Midwest themes; a wide price range to fit most budgets, and many examples of practical, portable art in a variety of media. There’s also a nice selection of handcrafted jewelry. It’s very casual and accessible, so even people a bit shy about visiting a fine art gallery should feel comfortable here. If you are looking for some special piece that evokes the spirit of coastal/“up north” Michigan or the Michigan countryside, this is a great gallery to visit.
