First time at Twisted Cork. Like the idea of smaller distributed wines. It was a little dark and low ceiling took away from some of the atmosphere. It was karaōke night and our party had a difficult time talking. We sampled some great pinot Noirs. The food was really good, so I would try it again.

From the overpriced drink, to the garish behavior of the staff, of who I found out one was the owner, this place should be avoided like the plague. The gift shop is a complete selection of trinkets one would usually find at 7 Mile Fair for much much less in cost. And the food they serve can be described at best as «inedible». Save your money and just go to the local liquor store & McDonalds.

Stopped in recently with Mrs. Chunky because we decided to try the new food menu! I had high hopes as I enjoy the place to have a drink and listen to some live music, even if the prices are pretty steep. Unfortunately, the food ranged from bad to «OK»! Started with the crab stuffed baby portobellos, and this was the worst tasting crab I have ever had. It tasted fishy and was much more like canned tuna in flavor in my opinion. I had the sriracha bourbon pork which was decent enough, but nothing special, Wife had chili glazed shrimp sandwich which she said tasted good but she thought was skimpy on the portion. $ 40 before tip for 2 sandwiches an app and one beer seemed expensive as well. I will say the foods presentation was nice. With Suburban Bourbon, Avalanche Grill, Bushy’s and the new Bass Bay Brewhouse to choose from, doubt I’ll eat here again unless I hear about improvements! I will return for their nice wine selection though, just not to eat!

Not sure I’ll come here again. We came for a wine glass painting party. The guy serving us knew that, but yet we had to wait for our food. It came the same time the party started. That’s one. The meal I ordered said it had cilantro and avocado in it, it came without. That’s two. When I took the meal up to the staff, the person who served it said that it wasn’t supposed to have the avocado and cilantro in it, that the menu was wrong. That’s three. I mean, I ordered it because I love cilantro and avocado. I would of ordered something else instead. And then she actually argued with me. They do not have a wine menu so you are just suppose to tell them what kind you like. Then, when I found out how much my tiny glass of wine was $ 11… yah, I don’t think I’ll be back.

I don’t normally write a negative review, and had heard great things about Twisted Cork, but was very disappointed after attending a recent show there. After initially asking the bartender to recommend a sweeter wine and taking his recommendation, he then came to my table and said that the wine I had ordered was $ 8 per glass so I may want to switch to the house moscato at $ 5 per glass. Then 3 of us at a table ordered food directly from the bartender and we watched him write down our orders. After waiting over an hour, we were told there was no order! To their credit, a different employee retook our orders and gave the 3 of us a complimentary drink. The food was ok once we received it. It was tasty but nothing special. When I went to the bar to check out for the evening, they couldn’t find my tab. After telling another employee what I had ordered, he left for almost 10 minutes before coming back with a bill that charged me $ 9 for my first glass of wine. at that point, rather than argue over $ 1, I paid and left. Maybe they aren’t ready to handle a larger crowd and I may go back to try the front area of the business but I was not impressed with this experience.

I’ve been here a few times. The atmosphere is cozy and it’s a great place to get together with friends when you want more than a local bar/pub. The owner was amazing when I went with a group of girls. He educated us and took great care of us! I recently went for a wine glass painting event and that was lots of fun!

Coming into this place I had never had a wine that tasted good to me(as a 23 year old). I went in and told them just that, and I was given 6 free samples to test my taste and find one that tasted good, which i was able to do. I now have wine i can enjoy drinking and every time i go back they do more to expand my taste of wines. The entire staff is so knowledgeable of the wine they offer, and helping new people begin to enjoy wine as well. This is by far the best place in Muskego, and such a welcome addition. The prices are all reasonable and they always put the customers first.

Found this place during«Jammin’ on Janesville» and we love it. Nice cozy place. It’s nice to be able to have some cheese and crackers, and chocolates with a glass of wine. My husband is very happy about the large selection of beer. Pretty decent prices… Also nice to support a small business

Twisted Cork is a wine and craft beer bar but they also have cocktails. They have cheese, chocolates, cheesecakes and seasoned pretzels all made by local companies. In addition to the wine, beer, cocktails & food they have different wine themed items for sale(cheese trays made from wine bottles, wine bags, etc) The place has a great atmosphere too. It is so relaxing and inviting I could spend hours here with no problems. Michelle & Greg(the Owners) are an awesome couple and love to talk to people. Chris(Manager) is very knowledgeable about the wines and craft beers they carry. Jen & Pip(Servers) both rocked! They are very good at what they do! We will definately be back again and again!
