Ventured to Creative Art & Wine Studio for a ladies night with the mother-in-law, and enjoyed a bit of creativity, attempted some art and sipped the wine. We went for an «open paint,» where you can try your hand(or brush) at any painting on the wall. So, unfortunately, I can’t speak to the classes but did get a good just of gist of the place. What Creative does provide: good size canvas, a variety of paintings to copy, plenty of supplies, nibble-inducing popcorn and friendly artists. What Creative lacks: solid wine options. If wine is in your name, it should absolutely be your game. Besides a few nondescript bottles and a smattering of wine coolers and average beers, there was nothing that would piqué a wino’s interest. Was hoping for a bit more wine and beverage enthusiasm, ya know? But hey, if I find my way back with the mom-in-law, I wouldn’t mind. I’ll just be sure to grab a beverage before hand.
