Same-​day repair for a refrigerator leak (any issue involving water is stressful so I really appreciated the rapid response). Arrived when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem. Clearly broke down the total cost of the repair between parts and labor which was reasonable. An all-​around pleasant experience and I will definitely use them again.

Let me start off by saying if I could give them 0 stars I would!!!
Had them come out because our washer stopped working, they charge $ 50 for coming out IF they don’t fix appliance. Well guy showed up and told us we need new switch for washer, he said it’d be $ 200. We asked how that added up to $ 200 and he responded by saying it’s an $ 85 part and taxes and labor… um what the heck?! We declined repair and payed the $ 50 service fee. He was an older man with an accent and very rude! We found part at a nearby repair store for $ 5!!! Stay away from these crooks

Great service done timely and at affordable price.
Our refrigerator stopped working. We called around and many places would charge for coming and evaluating the issue before even fixing it. These guys wasted no time, they came to take a look and fixed the unit the same day.
As I said great, reasonably priced job.
Recommend 100%.

I needed a service repairman to fix my dishwasher when it broke recently. I was going to go through Sears even though the warranty period had already lapsed. I was referred here by a friend of mine and am glad I did! They were really flexible with my schedule and very accommodating. Prices are really reasonable too! I’m very happy with the quality of service that they provided and will be keeping them in mind when something else breaks (which I know it will)!!!

Let me start by saying that the service was quick and amazing. My issue was that the garbage disposal broke down and I just did not have a technician I would use on a regular basis so I asked a few of my friends and got got this amazing referral. Vitalii is the master that came to the rescue and he is a true professional dedicated to getting the job done to your highest satisfaction. I called him on Saturday early in the morning and he arrived in 2 hours exactly as promised. I will definitely use Vital Appliances for everything else as they do everything else, too. As a matter of fact, I just scheduled the stove top repair with Vital Appliances because the guy who previously tried to fix it broke the glass top! Can’t say enough how great they are!
