Solid Fit Club offers great one on one coaching, small class sizes and diet coaching. It is a very undiscriminating environment. In my opinion, it’s a great work out that can appeal to all fitness levels.

This is definitely one of the best workouts I have ever done, and I’m very active and like to workout. I just wanted to say a special thanks to coach John and owner Steve for helping me train for college sports and for always be positive and pushing me. It really feels like we’re a big family pushing everybody in the class to do their best!
