I am very picky when comes to my hair. I get very nervous,. I saw the sign out front, checked out the webpage and decided to take a risk. called to make an appointment. they assigned me to Eunice. Oh my GOODNESS!!! I have been back for my 3^rd time now. Eunice is amazing. She takes the time to listen and see exactly what will be the BEST look, for you and your hair. this last wednesday, I got a NEW look and I feel AWESOME, my husband cant stop complementing me. He likes my long hair. (cut it off and got highlights) I walked in and he said, WOW, looking HOT mama. Cant wait to for this weekend to show off my look to family and friends at our nephews wedding. First time coming to this salon. Since I was a walk in I was assigned to the next available stylists which ended up being selena. The shop was clean and very cute. The girls all seemed pleasant enough. I requested highlights and a trim. Selena was very nice. My end result was ok. The cut was text book. I have a couple of calics that need to be considered when cutting my hair and unfortunately they weren’t factored in to the cut. Not all cuts are created equal. My color was nice. After everything was completed I did notice that there was product that did not get rinsed out of my hair at the base of my head. I did bring this to Selena’s attention and she did wet it by spraying it and redried it. It really wasn’t enough so I immediately just washed my hair when I got home. So much for the style. I think this error was just inexperience on the stylists part. Anyway 150 bucks later I have a mediocre cut and color. I would not revisit selena again until she got a Few more years of experience under her belt. I expect more than mediocre for 150 bucks.

I am so happy I went to see Eunice at Sleek and Sheer! Eunice did an absolutely beautiful job on my color & cut! I have extremely sensitive skin on my scalp & Eunice took great care so it did not irritate my skin whatsoever. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair cut and my rich color!

Elizabeth is one of the best Esthetician, Lash Artist I know. She did such a great job on my lashes. I don’t like full and dramatic lashes and I requested if she could just do a natural look for me with a few lashes on each eye. She did such a great job and It has been 2 weeks and the lashes are still intact and they look awesome. She is the best and I love her. The area of her work is very clean and nice. I love you Elizabeth. Thank you for doing such a great job with my lashes.

I am a mom on the go who does not always have time to get my hair done. This salon is right down the street from my house and is so convenient. Courtney is amazing and so nice! Their prices are comparable to other salons that offer the same services. The salon is clean and the décor is cute. I would definitely recommend coming to sleek and shear to all of my friends and family.

Have been looking for a place closer to home to get my hair done. Was tired of driving down to San Diego all the time. I am always nervous about new places. I read the reviews and thought I would give them a try. Called and Courtney answered the phone, very sweet girl! I had an appointment 3 days later with her. She is AMAZING! I love her personality! She’s easy to talk to and educated me along the way about my hair process. lol I would highly recommend this place and Courtney is AWESOME! My hair looks great! I finally found my place close to home!

A little expensive, but it is a comfy place to feel pretty. It has a cool ambiance and atmosphere. they take time and does a great job. Plus, super friendly stylists!

I made an appointment today with Eunice for the first time ever at Sleek and Shear and she was amazing! She was genuinely concerned for the health of my hair and what look I was trying to accomplish. She asked me what I wanted and then after I told her she showed me pictures of what she thought I was talking about to confirm that we were on the same page. I love what she did to my hair! She’s a wonderful stylist and I will be back to see her!

Courtney Rae at Sleek and Sheer is THE BEST! having long blonde healthy hair is not easy but Courtney manages to give me the most beautiful icy blonde hair every time I see her! I leave with it feeling healthy and perfect! She is a blonde specialist, so she knows exactly what product to use and what will best work for your hair! So if you want to feel fabulous with any cut and color, go see Courtney!

This was my first time coming here, I was greeted with great customer service. My hair dresser Amy Lutz was wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I chose to go a deep purple-​burgundy with highlights and Amy did a excellent job! I highly recommend this salon! I will be coming here from now on! Thank you Amy!

Love love love my haircut and color by Celina! This is my first time at this salon and everyone is super nice! The décor in this salon is really upbeat and the salon was clean. I like the chairs that pop up your feet as they wash your hair– I almost fell asleep. I mostly liked how my stylist Celina did not rush my haircut and color, and she rid of ALL my gray! Thank you Celina, see you next appointment!

After having a botched hair cut and color at another salon, I chose this one in hopes they could help me! I was seriously distressed and needed to get my hair fixed asap!
I called as soon as they opened and told them what I needed. The woman on the phone was so empathetic and was able to squeeze me in that day!
When I walked in I immediately knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere was welcoming and everything was immaculate! The woman who did my hair was absolutely amazing. We spent a good 25 min discussing how we can salvage my hair. She gave me the confidence boost I needed! She was very friendly and I felt comfortable talking to her. She was gentle on my scalp and hair, unlike the previous salon I went to.
In the end I am so so happy with my hair. I went from looking like a crazy cat lady to a chic momma! I’m impressed that it turned out so good seeing how my hair color and cut when I walked in was something out of a horror story. Lol
I definitely recommend this place! They are fairly priced and exceptional! I already have my next appointment booked in 5 weeks!

Came in for a cut with Celina and she did an amazing job. Best cut and style I’ve ever received. She offered me coffee right when I got there which was so kind, hard to find good customer service like that. The salon itself is really nice and I love the products they use. Will definitely be returning and referring friends.

I needed some eyebrow help and I had the USMC ball the very next day. It was after 2pm and I ran in this salon in hopes someone could thread my brows… even though I HATE threading. Instead I found Elizabeth she was actually on her way out the door and when I asked if they did waxing she dropped her stuff ran back heated up the wax and brought me to her room. She was amazing she was friendly, took her time, and super professional. I have been looking for someone to take care of my eyebrows for 3 years and had not found anyone. I WILL be going to Elizabeth from now on… and I think I might get a new hair do next time too!!!

Salon is wonderfully kept. Ashley is great and made me feel comfortable right away. We talked the whole time and she made my hair beautiful! Can’t wait for the next session!:)

Courtney T. is friendly, approachable, and excellent at what she does. I explained what I was hoping for and my results were better than I ever thought! I love my hair. Traveling 182 miles and 3 ½ hours (round trip) to have Courtney do my hair is more than worth it!
I am one of those women that don’t spend money on beauty stuff, I have cut my hair myself for more than 3 years now. However, I needed to look good for a wedding and needed a professional. Courtney T. was just that professional. Not only did I get the perfect cut and color she didn’t make me feel embarrassed while fixing my bad cutting!
