Eric was professional from first talking to him. He gave us a fair price and measured precisely. He arrived in time to install with his helper. All the shutters are installed and looking great! He cleaned up any mess and did touch up on any wall scratches from installation. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Eric.

Eric was perfect. His knowledge in the business is top notch. Very professional and excellent communication on every contact. Trustworthy and a true craftsman.
The shutters were a surprise to my wife while she was out of town. Eric was conscientious of this fact and worked hard to complete the order, update me on the shipment, and installation was a breeze.
I have recommended him to my neighbors. If my house had more windows, I would use him again!!! Hahaha

I normally don’t do reviews but felt I needed to for Eric. Eric put shutters in our whole house… the shutters look beautiful. The only issue we had was he forgot to order one. Of the shutters. so I had to wait another 2 weeks after waiting 8 weeks initially. I took the 2 weeks as there was a chance that it would be broken when it arrived and I had to take that chance. It came and was fine… I had to call to find out if they were in and I had to call again as I had a blind installed and I also had to wait for that. I think Eric does a great job and he did have a family emergency. The only thing I would suggest is a little better communication.

I met Eric through Facebook when he was advertising his business. My question turned out into an appointment. We met Eric, and were impressed by his quality presentation and charisma. Yesterday we got our shutters and blinds installed. We just loved them. They are beautiful and great quality. He gave us superb custimore service. I will use Shutters Allure again and recommend him. I only bother to write this review because Shutters Allure really deserves it.
The price was fantastic considering the quality & service I received. Eric really made the whole process easy & painless… Actually, it was downright enjoyable, which I find rare when doing home improvement projects.
As a craftsman myself, I know Great Work at a Great Price when I see it. So here’s a BIG THANKS to Shutters Allure!
(P.S. The installed shutters made a fantastic visual impact… worth every penny!)

Shutters Allure did a fantastic job installing our new shutters. The owner Eric did a wonderful job of explaining all the shutter options available. His pricing is great but most importantly he puts customer service as a priority! A great company and we could not be happier with the end result.
