Close and convenient. I go here whenever I’m visiting my parents. It’s just like any other recycling place. I mean, what would your really expect, right? I usually go to the one off of Cal Oaks, but came here once in the afternoon and they were pretty busy. I’ll probably try the morning next time.

I see why there are no stars or reviews. WHO has crappy service at a recycling place? I’ll tell you who. Martin and Issarro. This is the third time I’ve come to this site at 4pm (30 minutes before closing) and be told they aren’t taking anymore recyclables because they are about to close or told they are too capacity. Today however when I complained and asked for their names and a number to make a complaint to the site manager I was first told that they didn’t know each others names. I then asked them individually and was given the names Martin and Issarro. Martin says,“oh you want the manager? I am the manger I run this site.” So I say can I have your managers number then. He says, «ummm I don’t have a manager.» (As Issarro giggles in the background.) my first thought was to not recycle here an to go elsewhere but my 2 year old and I have this routine where we collect the recyclables every two weeks and take her out for a treat (our way of installing the rewards of recycling for the environment as well as herself) only to be frustrated and appalled by two immature adults who appear to be working professionals. But it doesn’t stop there. I immediately called the number in the «office» entrance and that number is disconnected. I will end with this. For a company that had be me so grand in terms of sites and an obvious disconnect from the image of the people they chose to represent their company I WILL NO LONGER USE REPLANTS as my center of choice. I will not allow the rude and immature antics of MARTIN and ISSARRO to undermine the morals and principals of recycling in my kid. As soon as I find a local recycling center I will utilize them.
