Very professional Pest Control company. From the start in 2013 to today, I have not seen any ants inside our home. Before we called Pro Pacific, our whole home was infested with ants. No matter how much we cleaned sweeped and vacuumed, ants would always come inside the house. All of our neighbors, as well as myself, got fed up with ants and decided to call different pest control companies. I went with Pro Pacific because they are a local company and offered similar services for the same cost, plus their free re-​treat guarantee. So far, we have only used one re-​treat because the ant problem got out of control in the perimeter of the house before the next treatment, free of charge, the next day. I once had a bad encounter with this company, one of their technicians was caught in our surveillance system urinating outside of my home. Pro Pacific assured me that the technitian would never visit our home again, and gave us two treatments (4 months of services) as an apology. I believe the customer service representative handled the situation as best as they could, considering the situation. Overall, besides that one hiccup, the company is very professional. From the first treatment, to today, I see the pest control technitians clean the perimeter of our home from spiderwebs, cleaning our palmtrees and fountain free from any spiderwebs. Overall, I greatly recommend their services if your home is infested with ants and spiders, you will not regret it!
