Great place for date night. Love the atmosphere, food is delicious, have always had great service and the Prices are good too. I am a repeat customer.

Great dinner. Stuffed Pork chop was outstanding. Filet Mignon was perfect. Must try the scallops they were tasty. The muscles were a real treat. Service was top notch. Stayed for the awesome entertainment in the lounge. The place is a hidden gem. We came up from San Diego on Friday night with a reservation and were a few minutes late and our table in the packed restaurant was waiting for us and we were seated immediately by Tony. Wonderful dinner Tony. Thanks. We will be back.

This place is great. Just had the empanadas for an appetizer and WOW! They are great and the sauce it comes with is awesome. Best drinks in town. The bartender rocks the Sangria and the Manhatten. The clam chowder I had towers over anything I’ve ever had including east coast and Pier 39 in SF. Our service was impeccable. Treat yourself and make the leap, worth every dime you spend. Jesse our server was on spot and delivered perfect service. Thank you for another great experience!

Perfect in every way. My husband and I live in Escondido but will gladly make the drive anytime. The atmosphere is lovely, elegant and clean. Service was impeccable and the food absolutely the best Italian we’ve ever had. Suprisingly affordable.

If I could give this restaurant 6 stars I would, the food is by far the best Italian food in Murrieta/​Temecula area it’s like fine dinning at a great price, the staff there is so friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was so polite and offered us amazing pairing with our food! He was a very nice gentleman as so was everyone else that walked by our table making sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I got a surprise date night from my mom and came to Unilocal for a quick suggestion. We Absolutely loved Anthony’s! The service was awesome, I’m not sure if it’s family ran but it sure felt like it and the food was sooooo yummy! We had the filet mignon with gorgonzola cream sauce and veal Parmesan both of which were perfectly good and had incredible flavor. Their duly beverages are prices well too, $ 10 for a very strong martini. We highly suggest this restaurant!

My husband and I love this place. My husband proposed to me at this restaurant a few years ago. We came a few nights ago to celebrate our anniversary and our experience was amazing, just like we remembered it. The staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant is very inviting and romantic. The food is great. My grandparents and uncles immigrated from Italy and the resturant feel is exactly what my family describes Italy to be like, absolutely beautiful :)

I have been dinning here since Tony opened. I have never had a bad dinner or lunch. Over the years I have had to ask for something to be returned to kitchen due to being not cooked the way I asked. No questions asked and taken care of. Maybe twice in 30 plus times here with small and large groups. Tony is a class act and as an owner and does a great job checking on his diners without being over bearing. Staff has always been attentive and professional. Really nice to see a privately owned business make it thru the tough times over past 8 years versus the big chain restaurants a bit south of him. Nice job Anthony’s.

Outstanding food and staff… except for the greeter/​owner (dude should stay home… seriously).

My Wife and friends were asked to leave by the Manager yesterday. He said they needed table for others. They were in the bar, and had spent close to 200 dollars. Never have we been asked to leave like this. They also asked the ladies at another table.
Completely unprofessional, and classless. Good was good too. Would have been back.

Been here about 3 times and have always had good food, good service, and a good experience.
Their bread is really good.

My wife and I have a second home in Murrieta. We live in the Los Angeles area so have lots of exposure to fine dining.
After trying many restaurants in the area, Anthony’s is in our opinion the best. Good menu with variety, pleasant and prompt service and excellent specials. They always seem happy to accommodate special requests. Excellent wine list with good depth.
We do not eat in the lounge as prefer a more quiet dining experience.
We find this is a great place to entertain friends or business associates.
Will we return? Yes — over and over again!

Great food great people, great bar, great service, great owner, great entertainment, great environment, fabulous awesome! Just go!

Hand’s down my favorite restaurant in the area!
I’ve tried most of the restaurants in the area and while a lot of them are good I think Anthony’s is just a step above.
They Consistently the best Ribeye in the Valley in my opinion.
Also their seafood portions are about twice as big and much better tasting than another local fine dining Italian restaurant that we just tried a few nights ago.

If you are a pork chop lover go to Anthony’s right now!!! I know it’s 7:30 am. Even if you don’t like pork chops go. This stuffed (spin ache and Italian sausage) with bourbon reduction sauce masterpiece will rock your world. It’s a special that I hope makes the menu. Go now!!!

We have given this place a shot on several visits to the area. I really have only two issues with Anthony’s.
The first: inconsistency overall in food & service. At times both are truly incredible and I would rank with the very best anywhere, that said more often than not it is only barely average on both counts and I find that very puzzling. The lack of consistency can be a real detriment to a restaurant. This could all just be a matter of staffing kitchen, bar, servers etc. which is easily addressed. Those few occasions it has been spot on however do not out way the times it has been average or below by 4 to 1.
Second: (and the biggest issue) we have with Anthony’s is with the types of bands they seem to continually hire and the volume they play at. We truly enjoy live music and will always seek out great venues who provide it. This establishment seems to cater to the over 40 crowd and that usually means over amplified (and far to often under talented) VERY, LOUD! «Classic Rock»! Each and every time we have been here with friends who live in the area the volume is to the point that people must sit shouting into each others ears. I would think the bands could take a hint and turn it down as people get up and leave.
Here is a suggestion to the owner why not change it up a bit? You have a nice establishment however, it is a restaurant first. NOT the L.A. Forum! Get a grip on the acts you hire or hire more professional artists who can manage their sound in a manner thats in keeping with a restaurant. I would hope you want to keep your customers and have them return rather than sending them running for the exit with their ears bleeding.

Our first time ever! The food was great, the wait staff was nice, busy, but they genuinely tried. I like how the staff worked together to serve the customers, but we never knew who our waiter was, which is a bummer because I’d like to name the people who brought a positive flow into our experience. The owner, who sat us but never introduced himself, as we watched him actually greet a few other tables, was drinking a cocktail at the hostess stand… Kinda tacky, but not as tacky as the female bartender chewing gum on the job while serving the busy Saturday night dinner crowd.
We had the veal Parmesan, the escargot, risotto stuffed zucchini and a side of gluten free pasta. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere and décor were also very romantic.

Omg! the food is delicious and I love the bartenders!
Entertainment is also good, and plenty of room for dancing!
Good Chardonnay too!:)

Anthony’s is a nice looking restaurant in Old Town Murrieta. The interior feels formal like a typical Italian dinner spot, but they also have a separate bar area equipped for live entertainment.
The first time I came in, before being seated, I asked the host if there were any current specials. I was expecting to hear about Happy Hour, but he said «nothing» and seated me in the dining room. As I was alone, it felt really awkward because I was clearly the only patron seated in one half of the room while other customers were clustered in the other half. I ordered a cup of soup and the Fettuccine Michaelangelo. The food was okay, but I wouldn’t rave about it. With that and the isolated feeling, I was upset that the staff failed to mention the bar menu specials as I’m sure they had some at that hour and I would have rather enjoyed the live music starting up.
I came in again to give the place another chance with an online coupon meal deal. The service was better but the food was still lackluster, so I’ve felt like I’ve overpaid both visits.

Ask Chris what to order. He is awesome!!!
Escargot, carpaccio, scallops, mussels, empanadas… Are a must!!!
Try their house Chardonnay… So delish and the red (Chris vineyard) is fantastic… Try with the terimisu
