If you like to wait 45 min for raw gourmet burgers… By all means this is the place for you. Make sure your up to date on your shots. They might come in handy.

We like Red Robin… but not this location. Each time we have visited, seating has been slow despite many open tables and service has not been great. Recently, for the first time at this location we we offered the fries ‘refill’…you usually have to ask. You really don’t get the normal Red Robin experience here. This is also the only place that cards us for alcohol consumption… and they do it twice by policy(two different people) prior to serving. There is no law in Utah that says restaurants have to double verify. In fact, during our recent trips… this place has been the ONLY restaurant that has carded us. Yes — both laws and attitudes have changed over the years such that it’s not necessary to card people who look as ragged and old as us, but the only place we can find that does it, does it twice before serving your drink. The process is your wait staff will card you when you order, and helpfully(almost apologetically) ask you to leave your ID out because by restaurant policy they have to have two people verify. Another person will come over and double check the ID, just as explained. There is no law that says you have to do this twice. It therefore being unnecessary, pointless(what…one person isn’t enough/the ID) and given how ‘unwelcome’ this makes you feel — it harks back to the prior age in Utah of feeling like a dirty old man for ordering a beer. Maybe that is the intent though. Oh well. You may not want me to drink the beer your franchise forces you to serve. Your franchise is the worst Red Robin I’ve been in regardless.

Kids chose this place to come eat after a long day of golfing. Came here and the host was nice. As we were seated, the waiter seemed like he did not want to be there. Didn’t smile at all to where I felt uncomfortable with how he approached us. We didn’t even get any complimentary fries plus he never came back to refill our drinks. Horrible service. The food took long but it was good. I would rather go to the one in west valley than to this one just for the service.

Here we sit noon on a Sunday waiting for a table in a empty restaurant. We have party of 8 and just told it would be another 15 minute because they only have two servers on shift. Meanwhile more and more parties of 3&4 are seated. This is not cool. We come early so it will be slow we never expected to be delayed this long in a empty restaurant. So much for celebrating my sons birthday lunch here.

Waited a while before someone came to take our order. Manager brought out a bunch of appetizers at no charge. Very kind. Will come again.

Went there tonight and just threw up everything I ate. They gave me food poisoning. Totally new experience for me. Would rather not have it happen again. Also, one of the faucets in the women’s bathroom doesn’t work and hasn’t in a long time. I guess they don’t care to fix things there. Update: I contacted the business and they were very apologetic about the food poisoning. Seems like they took it seriously. They also told me they fixed the faucet.

I have to say, I am a Red Robin fan, but this location seems to have issues every time I go there. My bff and I ordered food, it took them like 40 minutes after we ordered to get us our burgers. Now I know they aren’t butchering no cow’s in there. There is no reason why it should take that long to make a burger, unless you end up cooking the fat out of it lol. So I was full from water by the time my burger came and I wasn’t as jazzed to bite into it like I was before getting there. To be fair the waitress gave us 15 percent discount without even us complaining so I give her that. But I’ll stick with the other locations for now.

It’s a chain restaurant, so it’s like most other Red Robins. While walking in WE greeted the employee holding the door and he simply stared at us like we were aliens… awkward. Thankfully everyone else who worked there was very nice. They seated us right away and the waitress was very sweet and helpful. The food came fast, and was well prepared. Refills came without having to ask(a huge plus in my book). The inside is very clean and decorated with all sorts of eclectic pictures, posters and whatnot. My kids love Red Robin so without a doubt we will be back here.

I’ve been to this location a few times and keep forgetting to write a review for it. The food is pretty much the same across all the locations. Consistency is a good thing! However, their drinks are made with mixers, so if you have a thing against that, avoid the drinks. The service at this location isn’t that great. I like Red Robin but I have had MUCHBETTER service at the West Valley City location. I’ll go to Red Robin again but will avoid this location. I’ve been here about 3 – 4 times and experienced consistently sub standard service every time.

I love Red Robin, it is a great place for a burger fix. I stopped in for lunch, and had a pretty good experience. I will share that the staff was not as friendly and attentive as they normally are in front; I wondered in and was not created at the door… After a couple of minutes, I just wondered into the bar area and sat myself. The waitstaff was great, and came over to take care of me pretty quickly. The menu is full of different burgers, this is defiantly a place where you go for grilled items. The also have some really great drinks, though their prices on drinks are not all that great in terms of deals. However, they do have some really interesting items… such as beer shakes? I know, it sounds crazy, but have had one before and it is really quite good. The also have bottomless fries, and will bring you some as an appetizer while you are waiting for your food… nice perk. I do like that they give you what would be a serving size of fries with your meal, but will of course bring more out when asked. This is nice, instead of a mountain sized pile that you will end up eating anyway. I like it and am a big fan.

We love this place! Always a crowd pleaser in our house. The staff is pretty great and the only time I ever had a n issue it was resolved with ONE phone call!

So far the tempura zucchini is good and the Golden Spike beer is nice. The service, not so good. I had to ask for dipping sauce twice and napkins or silverware were not given to me with my app. Eating with my fingers. The young servers are congregating in the corner at the bar. The Robin gourmet cheeseburger had good flavor and chew. The endless steak fries were generic in texture and taste. But the signature blend seasoning and roasted green chile dipping sauce were very good. Overall a good atmosphere for burgers and beer. Eat the burger fast, it gets soggy quick.

If you haven’t tried the Royal Red, you haven’t lived! It’s a tasty burger with an over-easy egg on top. There is something so satisfying about pushing the bun down onto the burger and popping the yolk. They do bottomless fries as well!

Food was ok, service was a bit poor. We came in and were sat next to a wall full of pictures. One of these(huge) pictures fell right next to us and barely missed my 4 year old — it was scary! No one came to check on us, even though at least 4 staff members saw it happen. We told our server, thinking she may move us, and she just said oh wow, sorry, then left. A few minutes later, she came and sat another family right on the spot where the picture fell! We were shocked. We left as soon as possible and probably won’t be coming back to this location. I give it two stars because the food was just fine, but definitely overpriced. Also, they have some electrical issues going on(apparently the manager does not pay attention to detail) as the lights went off and on at least 3 times during our 45 minute meal, including the 30 minute wait from the moment our food actually came out. Hopefully other Red Robins are in better condition!

The DGB burger was a pleasant surprise. Who’da thunk a roasted tomato could pack so much flavor?! The fries were a bit on the saggy side, but the service was great, the garlic aioli was decent, and the $ 3 wedge salad portion was huge and delicious. Next time, it’s time to take advantage of the all-you-can-drink root beer float.

came here for lunch on sunday and it was pretty busy at 2PM. we were greeted warmly and quickly seated in a booth as requested. i ended up getting the royal red robin burger lettuce wrapped with garlic fries. i tried the garlic sauce, but didn’t like it and didn’t feel like it was worth the extra 75 cents. their regular fry sauce is good enough. my hamburger was delicious and i love how they wrap it so well with lettuce. their fries were yummy too and we had about three refills. our server was really good. she was slow to start, but that picked up later and she ended up providing excellent customer service.

I like Red Robin and love the onion rings. Stopped in for lunch today after the farmers market and were greeted right away and seated right away. Our server stopped by our table as soon as we sat down and got drinks for us. I almost always get the Royal Red Robin Burger. Its a tasty burger with an egg on it. Lets be honest it doesn’t get much better than that. Pair that burger with some onion rings and you’re in heaven. I must admit that even though I love the burger I just mentioned I did get a salad as I have seen the calorie content of aforementioned favorite meal. I got the cobb salad. It may not have hit the spot like a burger and onion rings but it was real good.

This Red Robin turned out to be a good gathering spot due to the convenience location in Mid-Valley and close distance from Fashion Place Mall. Parking can be a little strange with a small few rows near the entrance then a big open space in the back. Food seems to be same as other Red Robin I had in the past, although they serve those fruit-fruit girly burgers, their fries and seasoning are always a decent guilty pleasures. Throw in a shake will make everything exploded. I had a beer float here once, it was mediocre, and the manager had to ID me himself, aside from that, I did not get much harassment on ordering alcohol like another chain I visited.
