We were lied to after asking VERY specific questions about plans and limits. Needless to say, we cancelled once a friend informed us that he had called to get information and was told different than us. We called to confirm, and even went into the store to speak to them in person. The manager himself even tried to deceive us at that point but we had already found out the truth from competitors and AT&T’s customer service line. We have no interest in doing business with people who will alter the truth to gain your service.

This is the only true AT&T store in the area. I went to what I thought was a AT&T store only to waste my about 30 minutes because the original place was not able to offer the same deal as this true AT&T store. These guys were super professional and took care of my new order and I was in and out literally in less than 20 minutes. The sales person was very professional and super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going here and avoiding all the «reseller» stores. AT&T should stop allowing these false stores to operate.
