This was the first store I went to when we moved into town. The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful. I love the high quality products in stock. I get the whole family’s vitamins here and usually grab a snack and some local Kom Buchanan too!

I stop in here every so often. There aren’t many food items, it’s a small shop. But there’s a lot of different supplements available too. Some dried goods, tea, etc. I enjoy their essential oils collection. It’s nice to pop in and buy instead of waiting and placing an online order. The staff is always helpful and kind. I live nearby so it’s convenient and has cheap EO. That’s why I come here

Tammy is one of the nicest and helpful people around! She had many many good suggestions regarding their products, as well as places to eat in the area. You cannot find a better service oriented business who takes care of you at that given moment.
I wish I had more time in the area and made another visit back!
