Fantastic service & store. Myself & my family have been here at least 10 times. Every time we have had great service. Everyone we have dealt with has been honest & very helpful. I wish every store would have customer service like this store. Please keep up your great work.

I went to this store last Thursday and I had the most horrible customer service. I just received my new iPhone 6 and wanted to activate. The guy on the counter just dial a number and stated follow instructions. I did and all my contacts was not transferred. I had to call apple support to get all my information back. I will never bring my business to this store. I since then had gone to two different AT&T store and both had a great service. For someone making you feel stupid in front of other customer is not acceptable. This person stated why come to store when you can follow the little paper on the box.
