Sweet Surprises: Cupcakes by Michelle

Extremely disappointed. I purchased a Groupon voucher today so that I could bring cupcakes to work tomorrow. The business posts on both Unilocal & their own website that they are open 9−5pm on Tuesdays. Well, I drove out there at 3:00pm Tues Feb 4^th & the owner just up & decided to close up shop today. Thanks for completely wasting my time & gas money! Then, I look on her facebook page & see that this isn’t the first time she’s just up & closed the business down for the day. If you live close by, not a big deal, but when you live 15 miles away, it’s a huge inconvenience! Had I known the owner had flaky «whenever I feel like being open» hours, I would have called first. How is the customer supposed to know you’re only open when you feel like it?
COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME GOING TO YOUR SHOP! IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
