Unhygienic and horrible customer service: I used to be a huge fan of Olivia Superfree desserts(manufactured by Wheatless in Seattle). In January 2016, I found a couple of human hair inside an apple pie I purchased via WholeFoods. It was disgusting! So I wrote them an email explaining the situation. Kaili McIntyre replied in early February 2016 and offered me a refund. She said that the refund will be sent via snail mail so I sent her my address. It is now mid April 2016(it has almost been three months) and I have not yet received the refund in the mail. I am very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. In between these months, I wrote Kaili three emails concerning the status of the refund. She has not replied to any of them. She did not honor her promise at all. Due to their bad customer service and poor quality control, they have lost a loyal customer.

Curses! I should have known you were behind these Olivia Superfree brownies that have been slowly increasing my waistline. They are irresistible. I wish I’d never discovered them. I hate all other brownies now.
