Been going here almost 2 years and never been disappointed and can’t not love the Seahawks atmosphere!

Had a wonderful experience here today! Nic’s super warm and friendly. Great cuts and efficient. My baby girl got the cuttest little bob cut today!

My teenage son has had his hair cut at Nic’s 5 or 6 times. It’s cheap and it’s close to us. The cuts have been meh — average, nothing horrible or good… until today.
Today my son went in and asked for his hair to be finger length on top and a #2 on the sides, his usual request. The man cutting his hair (chair farthest to the right) was talking non-​stop to other people and not paying any attention whatsoever to what he was doing to my son’s hair.
My son ended up with the absolute WORST haircut of his life! The guy didn’t even use scissors. He gave my son an all-​over #2 buzz cut and he cut in around the face! This is nothing at all like what my son requested! My son wasn’t able to see in any mirrors what was going on. I think the guy cutting my son’s hair was so involved in his conversations that he completely spaced out on what he was doing.
My son looks ridiculous and is mortified by the cut Nic’s gave him.
I tried to call the shop to complain, but it only has a recording; they don’t ever actually answer the phone or listen to messages.
It takes a lot to bring tears to the eyes of a 15 year old boy, but Nic’s managed to do that today.
We will never go back there.

Friendly, and they do a good job. Way better than the chains. Also nice to support a local small business.

If you’re looking for a cheap quick efficient haircut in a welcoming environment go to Nic’s! Hands down best haircut I’ve had in years and only $ 8. Was in and out in about 15 mins. The sports memorabilia was super cool, and get this you can snag a coffee/​beverage too! I will 100% be a returning customer!

Awesome atmosphere (Hawks stuff everwhere) and you can even grab a latte or tea while you wait. The haircuts are only $ 8.00 and they are as good as any $ 25 haircut. My husband and son get theirs here every time, since we moved to Mukilteo.

Have been coming here for the better part of 3 years. Always a quality hair cut and a friendly atmosphere even if you don’t pull for all the home teams (Roll Tide!)

Fell in love with this place for its sporty atmosphere and a touch of homeliness. With the scent of coffee in the air and the buzzing sound of a baseball game on the TV in the next room, it feels like the right place to call a barbershop/​café. Atmosphere aside, I went in asking for a simple ‘3’ on the sides and back with two inches off the top. They delivered and gave me options to go with. Service is quick, fairly efficient, and generously priced. If you’re looking for a clean cheap cut in less than the time it takes to bake an All-​American apple pie, then Nic’s is the place to go.

Great little barbershop with friendly staff. At only $ 8 we weren’t sure of what kind of haircut to expect but it was better than haircuts at $ 20 shops! Our barber took his time, used an electric razor, scissors and even thinning shears. It’s a little far from us but I’d happily drive the 30 minutes to get a haircut from there again.

I always get haircuts here because the price is great and everyone is so friendly. Can’t go wrong with any of the barbers, and they cut your hair just how you want them to. Great place for a quick, fresh cut!

Horrible place. They hire people who cannot cut hair. They butchered my hair and I had to drive right to another place to get a haircut right after. DO NOT GO THERE you will regret it!

Just finished getting one sweet haircut, Nic is great. Trust me if you need a haircut you have to get it here, not only do you get your ears lowered, the down to earth personality of the staff makes you want to go back. Oh and you can satisfy your caffeine craze before or after.

Very professional. Love the Huskies — Sea hawks theme and décor! My son got his hair cut and I loved it. Perfect price point for children and the cut was definitely on point. Definitely coming back!

My 6yr old son started to look like Einstein with his blonde curly hair just going everywhere. I don’t have much money and hated the idea of going to the bigger chain salons because they charge an arm and a leg and don’t always do a good job. My son is VERY shy so he has to get warmed up to you to even get on the chair and let you touch his hair. I got there at closing (one thing wish they were open past 6:00) but the owner Nic and then another worker Tony (I believe) was so sweet and welcoming they offered to cut his hair anyways. My 11yr old daughter was talking about hating her hair and the owner Nic gave her a little lesson on how to treat a blonde curly hair swimmer what products to use and things she should NEVER do to it. She then braided her hair for her which was SUPER nice. When my son was done they gave them suckers and was just so WELCOMING to come back. I felt more like a friend then a client. Both my kids left feeling like they were beautiful for the girl and super cool I love it for the boy; plus my son was super impressed with the Seahawks items everywhere in the salon and thought «Mommy I really like them can we ALWAYS go there to get my hair cut.» I of course said yes not because the pricing was up my alley but that the treated my children like royalty and was very respectful and sincere to me. I would recommend them hands down no matter what city you live in. It’s in a small shopping center passing QFC entrance, through one light and right in there on Harbour Pointe.
I truly appreciate the welcoming smile and not a sigh of a kids haircut right at closing.

A half service barbershop? I know I never heard of that till I stopped by to get my beard trimmed. They only do men hair, no beards.
Might want to change the name to a salon, it’s a little more appropriate.
