Our salesman Ian was very nice and helpful. The titles dept doesn’t have a clue. We were sent the wrong title and did not receive all the information to have the car registered. When we contacted them about the problem (and after taking off work twice to go the BMV I was VERY upset) the manager was not at all apologetic, and asked what I was expecting him to do. Pretty much said there were two sides to every story. Very disappointed in customer service.
