I’ve been ordering from Dan’s for over 21 years. Over that time frame I’ve had excellent customer service and very reliable shipping. Sure there’s been orders that have had an issue but they’ve always made it right in the end, that makes all the difference. If there’s an issue they fix it end of story. They have the best inventory anywhere and the best prices to match. I’ll be ordering from them for another 20+ years I’d bet. Not many places can keep a loyal customer for that long. I placed an order and received the order on the 23rd an empty box very incompetant company how can they have a business that does not check the orders going out I will have one diappointed grandson on christmas nothing like pricepoint you can count on them for fast and correct order.

They get the three stars for –fast shipping, decent pricing, and huge selection. Their online customer service after the sale is virtually non existant as far as I am concerned there goes a star. They also have wrong or miss information on the site and what seems like no one to correct it. That takes away another star. For almost having a monopoly on the whole industry they should have a much better customer sevice department. THEYDON’T. Sometimes its worth spending the extra cash at a local shop just to have someone to bitch at when stuff goes bad. Nah, the cutomer service issue is worth 2 stars. You don’t take care of your customers, you don’t deserve the a-ok. Don’t take care of your customers they don’t take care of you. Yeah-Meh. I’ve experienced better. Yeah, I’ve been a customer there for a long time. They won’t even respond to emails. I call on my brand new iphone and they say they can’t hear me.

Tho they don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to specific bike parts i will still continue to order and make my parts work properly my package came much faster than it should have but that still doesn’t make up for there lack of knowledge.

Excellent service, fast shipping! I was surprised to see my new Fly Mosca 2 frame come in two days ahead of schedule. I made an order for the frame and various parts on a Saturday morning, and they were even able to ship to my work. I thought it would be at least Friday before I got it, but the delivery made my Wednesday. Great holiday pricing too. Will definetly order from them again!
