They stole my ups account info somehow. Now I have a 93 $ bill for shipping from their facilities using my ups account. Wow. B.s.

Once they get some bad press that want to help.
Let me tell you that they didn’t want to do anything but give me a big run around.
Don’t buy these lights

Had very negative experience with a fluorescent light I brought from this company for my kitchen. Bought it at Lowe’s because it looked attractive and was well-​priced. First, when I opened the box, the acrylic cover was cracked, which Good Earth immediately replaced when I contacted them. Then the fluorescent bulbs started going out — had to be replaced way to frequently — every few months over a two period. When I finally reached the company to inquire, they refused to help — though they did tell me I could try replacing the ballast at my own cost. Since I’m not an electrician I don’t know if that’s the problem, but I do know that the light fixture just became expensive and the company is unreliable. Would never buy another light from this company!!! I expect lights I buy to last more than two years!
