Stenograph Corporation

I have been a loyal customer of stenograph since 2003. I have purchased a number or writers from this company over the years as well as my case catalyst software…
My most recent experience was not so pleasant… I was interested in purchasing the DIAMANTE WRITER and I inquired about their financing program… I was planning to purchase the DIAMANTE WRITER for my daughter which is a student… And THey did not approve me for the financing of this machine due to the fact that I needed to add my daughter to my lease and her credit was not immaculate. Which is why I was going to purchase this for her myself and was going to pay for it .
I was unable to purchase the writer regardless of my excellent credit standing becasue I am not a court reporting student… I was getting this machine as a gift and make all the payments on it which is why I dont understand why I was denied approval to purchase this machine.
this is ridiculous. and I will not be a customer of stenograph I am taking my business to another competitor of there’s ADVANTAGE SOFTWARE and purchasing the PASSPORT writter from Eclipse for my daughter instead.
This most recent experience I had with STENOGRAPH has convinced me that I do not want to be a loyal customer of theirs any longer…

they treat the customers like crap
