Cannot wait for this place to be open again! Amazing ice! If I had once wish was to have an options for extras in ice. That would make this place perfect. But portions are great for price. Maybe a little smaller portions more material in the ice. Just ideas

LOVE THIS PLACE. 10000x better than ritas. Everything is so good from the soft serve, to the hard ice cream, to the water ice. Legit the only place my family and i will go for ice cream. The employees are also very friendly!

What a great place. Home made water ice that doesn’t get any better than this. The first thing you’ll notice about there water ice is not only the standard flavors but the awesome flavors that will blow you away. Banana pudding, cannoli, coconut macaroon, peach cobbler, blueberry cobbler just to name a few. They also carry Hershey’s ice cream and a great soft serve that’s rich an creamy. So stop by and enjoy. It’ll be the first of many I’m sure

Forget Rita’s. Chilly Willyz water ice is so much better. It’s homemade so it reminds me of the old school water ice I used to get in South Philly as a kid. The texture is smooth, not icy, and the flavors are diverse. Last night I had a gelato with Strawberries and Cream water ice and vanilla soft serve which was delicious, and the regular size was enormous. They also have a great selection of ice cream flavors. Everyone in the surrounding area should definitely check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

We took advantage of the $ 1 water ice day today to check this place out. We bought a whole assortment of water ice and have been sampling them all as a family. We each have our favorites, but all agree they are all delicious! We also tried their soft serve which was great too. We’ll definitely be back — frequently!
