Their juices are fresh and I usually get kale, cucumber, celery, lemon, and carrot. I am not positive if it’s 100% organic but the prices compared to Nektar and Pressed Juicery are higher so it better be. I would really love it if they carried fresh ginger! The hours seem to change unannounced but the workers there are genuinely caring people who make it worth going to support the business for :)

In need of juice but $ 15 for a juice is expensive. I was there for about 2 hours catching up on emails. I was the only person in there during lunch time. BUT if you’re in need of fresh juice, got for it!

My friend and I came in today looking for something cool. I love the variety of their menu. Staff is also very nice and friendly. Reasonable price

Adequately tasty. Way overpriced. Was nice to get a free boost thanks to Unilocal check in, but two so-so drinks still ended up being over $ 20.

This place seems to have different hours during the summer. I went there twice this week between 8−10am, and found the place completely closed. Despite both Unilocal + the store’s website indicating that hours open at 8am. And no, I was not there on a Sunday.

The juice was good and the price was reasonable. My review is based on the poor service provided. When I asked the young man at the counter how he was doing, after a meager greeting upon on entrance to the store, he replied with«I’ve been better». What?! Who says that to a customer? I was a bit taken aback by the response and attempted to comment about the heat. No response. He was not friendly and appeared to be annoyed and bothered by our presence. The lids were too large to fit on the cups, and the woman assisting the young debby downer had difficulty communicating with us. She didn’t seem to know if they had proper lids and the young man was less than helpful. Two accident prone women had to take our bright green and orange drinks without lids and just hope we didn’t spill them.

I really think this is a great idea and great execution. Lots of flexibility. Knowledgeable staff. Cheap lunch and super healthy low calorie.

This place is great for all juice enthusiasts! I had the spicy green! Jalapeño and ginger and the usual green stuff + fruit: apple, kale, spinach, cucumber. Made to order and you get to watch it being made! Come here if you want a good, fresh, refreshment as you stroll through Castro st. Just remember: THEYARENOTOPENONSUNDAYS!

The owner is amazing, the juice is phenomenal and the education level they provide on how it can help nourish you is awesome! This juice bar caters to your needs depending on the issue you’re having that moment. I suggest sticking with the juices. Oh yea all organic as well!!! The price is right!

I been here 3 times so far. Jay seems like a great person but I will agree with some of the negative comments that have been made about this place. 1. I don’t think ice belongs in the juice(perhaps in smoothies?). I haven’t had that before, anywhere else, and the general complaint seems to be that the juice get’s watered down(even though juice is 90% water already, this adds even more water and less juice to the content). For $ 11 please don’t add ice. 2. I was hoping there would be more vegetable juices. Almost all the juices have apple in them, which is in my opinion one of the big problems with juicing, is the amount of fruit sugar added. An example is the 16oz Skull with Apple, Carrot, Celery, Radish, and Lime. That is probably 2 apples and 2 carrots which is quite a lot of extra fruit sugar. Point being is to focus more on vegetables and less of making«the juice foundation» based on apples. Especially, since you guys are using a centrifuge and not a slow juicer, which means even more of vitamins and minerals are lost from vegetable to juice. My argument would be, that you get a lot of sugar and less of the vegetable losing the entire reason as to why you are buying the juice. 3. Lastly, In order to justify $ 11 juices I would argue that it needs to looks just at beautiful and intriguing as other juice bars. The place could definitely use to remodeling. Here is a link to a place I visited in a while back Toronto prices where similar but look at the place(just a suggestion for the future): That interior justifies the price. When running a juice bar good lighting, a lot of visible vegetable, and a very clean interior are a must; in my opinion. Obviously, this is a new business, and Jay should run this business as he sees fit, but these are just my quick suggestions and opinions about the place.

Oh dear. I walked in and let the owner know it was my first time there. He was nice with his recommendations. I asked to try the super green. He didn’t ask for a size, just charged me for«The Mega» which is 24 ounces. He asked if I wanted spirulina — sure. Oh, that costs extra. Also, who adds ice to juice? He filled half of the cup with ice. So really, I got maybe 16 oz – FORELEVENDOLLARS. $ 11. I could make the same thing for $ 1.50. And I think I will. It was uncomfortable how much I felt like he just wanted to take my money.

Did you know that if you drink beet juice, you pee out what looks like blood?! Sorry if that was too graphic, but I seriously thought there was something wrong with me until I remembered I drank beet juice! That being said, the«Liver Clean» recommended by the owner wasn’t my favorite thing. It is made of Apple, Carrot, Beet and Lime. I added charcoal to it. It was overly sweet. I don’t know what kind of apple was in it, but it was so sweet, I asked the girl behind the counter for ice, which I was told they didn’t have. I love the idea of this place, but I’m not sure it was worth the $ 7+ that I paid here for the cup of juice I had.

I really loved the vibe from this place. The owner was super enthusiastic selling his best tasting orange juice, and it was actually quite good. There was a large binder with a bunch of nutritional facts that I found interesting. I decided on ordering the liquid oj base with acai and mango. I really loved this drink and couldn’t have been happier with it.

Jay knows his juice. And he’s not shy about about sharing his knowledge while whipping up a mean juice customized to your needs and cravings. Ordered an H2O3, with my own twist(coconut almond milk base instead of water, acai instead of banana, and guarana to go with the normal berries and nuts) and it was legit. Super nutty and flavorful. Gave me the boost to power through back-to-back events. I will be back again soon, that’s for sure.

Have you ever gone some where and liked it so much that you had it twice in a day? Ya, I did that. cause this juice was THAT good. I had had a huge breakfast and wanted a nice juice to get me through the afternoon. I asked for one of their beet juices and I had the large size. It was exactly what it should be. Tasty and perfectly fresh with tons of flavor. There are so many«juices» and«healthy» drinks out there that aren’t really good for you, this is the real deal, the owners are so kind and willing to work with what you want and what your body needs. I enjoyed this one so much that I asked my boyfriend to bring me another one home that night!

Fresh juicing has finally made its way to downtown Mountain View and I couldn’t be more excited! Came here with a group of coworkers(since we work on Castro) and ordered a variety of juices and they were all really good. I had their Liver Clean(apples, carrots, beets, lime) and it was hearty & delicious! The owner definitely knows how to make any fruits/veggies work together in health benefits & in taste(plus he’s sooo friendly!!) It’s more expensive than Jamba Juice drinks but that’s fine by me… I’d rather pay $ 1 – 2 more for quality and freshness :) I’m definitely come back to try their other concoctions!

I think i met the owner when he worked Morocco’s in San Jose. They moved up here in MV and now theyre expanding to juice? Many incarnations of coffee have passed through here till now. Tried to get a raw milk and berries/banana. But they were out of milk so it was recrafted with orange juice base. Decently tasty but i think expensive for what i got. Lots of potential though so ill have to come back when theyre not out of things. 3.75 stars

This place is awesome! I’m a big fan of fresh juice for the health benefits, but it’s too difficult to make at home. The owner is a master of his craft and makes excellent juice. You can get anything by the glass, but I order by the gallon which lasts for several days. I’m a huge fan, very happy The Liquid Menu has come to the neighborhood!

The Good: The product itself is terrific. Upon walking into the bar, you are greeted by the pleasant aroma of freshly cut grass and orange peels. The menu is extensive, so there is something for everyone. They have creative extras that can be blended in, like nuts and raw cacao. The blends are solid. The Not So Good: The menu is cluttered and has a confusing layout. Would benefit from a cleaner design to make it less intimidating. Protip: Feel free to go off reservation with the menu if you know what you want. They are more than willing to accomodate.
