Can’t complain! Consistent and predictable drinks. That’s all I ask for. If I want a surprise I’d head over to a local mom and pop shop which indo now and then.

Pretty big location that really needs a second bathroom added to it as people were lined up outside both times I tried to use it. Not the cleanest one I’ve been to. The tables outside were pretty dirty. And their wireless chargers didn’t even work =/

Great spot — it’s in downtown mnt view so it’s usually always packed and can’t always find a seat inside. Staff is friendly never had a problem with my drink

Haven’t been to this starbucks in years, but it’s exactly the same. Service was good, nice seating(but they need a few more comfortable chairs), and good drinks. Can’t go wrong.

This place is great since it’s so close to home. The team there is friendly and quick. It’s a bit on the smaller side but still a great place to hang out or study in. The people that frequent this spot are more of the quiet side which is great. Everyone minds their own business so we can concentrate on what you’re doing.

The baristas here are probably some of the friendliest and sweetest I’ve met at a Starbucks! First off this location gets a ton of traffic. A ton. And yet rarely does their line back up. I can’t remember waiting more than a few minutes to order my drink. They really keep the line moving here, even throughout the day! My drink is always perfect, and I never have to send it back. So my two issues. One, the awful smell in the bathroom. It’s there even in the morning, freshly cleaned. I really hope I never get used to it. And two, and maybe this is more my personal boundaries talking. But once or so a week a woman pushes two tables together, puts her bible and computer on them, gets on her knees and prays on the floor between eating food she’s obviously brought from home and typing on her computer. It frankly makes me really uncomfortable. Still, all in all this is a nice location — especially if all you’re doing is picking up your drink, smiling at the baristas, and leaving.

Absolutely love all of the staff here. They always make an effort to remember your name and your orders. They are always friendly and superquick.

I’ve been coming to this location for nearly eight years… Always. On. Point. Friendly staff, they get through the line quickly, drinks are done at nearly ridiculous speeds. I’m sad when I don’t work because I have to go to a different location.

Average drinks, below average service. Been coming to this Starbucks here and there since it’s conveniently located in downtown Mountain View. Given that, the parking situation is not one of the best. Their drinks are the same with any other Starbucks obviously, but I personally feel like the taste is inconsistent. Additionally, sometimes my shaken iced tea was not shaken — ironic but true. Other times my caramel macchiato didn’t have the crisscross caramel sauce on top. Although these aren’t world-shattering imperfections, I don’t feel this place really meets my Starbucks standards!

My morning Starbucks! Love this place, great baristas who make the great drinks you’d expect. Some of the cashiers could be a little more friendly, but that’s hit or miss(also no longer an issue with mobile ordering!). They’ve been very good about it, and I love that my order is always ready at the bar waiting for me. Honestly, I wish it were located closer to the train station, but it beats the other smaller coffee shops in Castro street(tried em all, nothing really stands out).

Finally!!! «Google Starbucks» has arrived at this Starbucks!!! ~17 Mbps down, ~1.76 up! No more slow attwifi, my biggest complaint against this store! It was so bad that I had to sit near the restroom to get a consistent connection.

So disappointed in this Starbucks brand. 1. Drove 2 hours and picked Starbucks as my place to have a beverage and work before my meeting. 2. Service was slow and unfriendly. 3. Internet was slower than service… and I went up at 11:30 to ask if they could reboot or do something. The response was cold, nothing we can do and basically go away. Not my problem. 4. Toilet was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned… and there was no where to put your laptop and belongings. So not the sbux experience. Need a new team and staff.

I swore I’d never come back here if I needed a place to work. the wifi is the worst I’ve seen in any Starbuck in the Bay Area. I just don’t understand how, in the middle of SV, in an area surrounded by tech companies, they can have such a terrible and slow wifi service. it’s been this way for at years. every six months or so I figure it must have been updated and try again, but no luck. why does every Starbucks around here have Google wifi and this one is still on AT&T??? and twice when I’ve been here, I’ve asked for a grande coffee with room for milk and they put it in a venti cup. huh? I asked why and they said they they put a grande amount in a venti cup. I have been to Starbucks all over the world, from Beijing to London to Sao Paulo and everywhere in between and a grande coffee is served in a grande cup. the reason people come to Starbucks is because of consistency. a grande coffee means the same thing in every Starbucks in the world, except at 750 Castro Street in Mountain View. maybe the baristas here think they are smarter than the marketing people at corporate. two stars instead of one because it’s a great location and there is plenty of outdoor seating

Poor wi-fi connections. Bathroom tends to be rather messy… and is not always stocked. And these days, staff that get snippy if you want milk and not just half-and-half after noon(let alone if you want more than an ounce of milk in their rather acidic coffee). The location used to have baristas that were nicer and more customer-service oriented, but I haven’t seen those guys since last summer. Oh, well… Time to hang out at a different Starbucks on the nights that Red Rock and Dana Street cafes close earlier.

Ever since I started using the Starbucks app, I must say, they really did sucker me into visiting more Starbucks because I wanted to get more status. Gold status all the way!!! Okay, but really, this is a pretty good location for a Starbucks if you enjoy their atmosphere. Note how I explicitly didn’t say«enjoy their coffee.» The parking situation is a bit poor, but for the most part the area is large, plenty of room to work, decent wifi and cool in the summer. There is also a sizable number of tables and umbrellas outside for some outdoor seating when it’s a great day out. Again, get that gold status!

When I am in the area I stop at the Starbucks. The staff is super friendly and there’s plenty of seating pretty much all the time except for The peak times. If you’re a member of the coffee club the free refills are excellent. I just got through going there this morning in the pastry that I had was super super fresh and the coffee was great. On the weekends you could park across the street but only for a brief period of time

Love the staff here, they are exceptional. I don’t know what happened to the other two leather chairs; there used to be 4 of them near the windows, now only 2 remain. Not a big deal, still a great place to have a coffee. They now have wireless charging available for mobile devices, which is awesome. Works great. The only bad thing I can say about this place(I really hate to say anything bad about this location…) and reason for 4 stars is that the restroom is pretty bad. It seems to be dirty often and always has a urine smell and reminds me of the parking garage stairwells in The City. Maybe they need to incorporate some ventilation or large doses of Lysol into the cleaning regimen. Other than the stinky restroom, this place is awesome.

I really really like this location in the evenings. It’s one of the coziest Starbucks in the area, and it’s generally pretty slow around dinner/nighttime, so it’s fairly quiet. The service is always really good and the drinks are what you’d expect, though I usually just get tea around that time anyway.(Note to Starbucks: Please don’t phase out the Tazo teas in-store!) Sometimes it can be hard to find seating because of the size, but usually only on weekends. EDIT: Added 1 star for the friendly baristas and the Clover. The tables outside can be pretty grody sometimes, but I get Starbucks and their understaffing so I just wipe off and deal.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I was there tonight and the baristas were way too busy talking to each other to pay attention to customers. The man taking my order acted if I was some nuisance taking up the time he’d rather spend talking to his coworkers, and he was so busy talking to them he seriously messed up my drink, brought it over and realized it was wrong, and had someone else redo it. It got two stars though because when I was there earlier in the year I was introduced to the special coffees! I don’t like leaving«mean» reviews but I hate when people are rude, especially employees to their customers.
