Don’t have your contract work done with Lowes. The contractor is basically the boss by telling you when they can do the work and if that doesn’t work for them you won’t get your job completed. I purchased vertical blinds for my slider and cellular shades for the rest of the windows. I was excited to have them installed and I paid for the installation. The contractor was not flexible with scheduling my project and wasn’t at all accommodating toward me. It was like hitting a brick wall trying to get the contractor to do my job. I went to Lowes today and complained. They only have one contractor for this store to do all of their window treatment installs and the contractor is not customer friendly. Buyer beware! I’m installing them myself and forget paying for the installation… More money in my pocket.
