What holiday hours are posted? You don’t make it possible for someone who barely gets home at 6:30. We will go to Target.

I love a few of their staff members. They are friendly and helpful. But my kids teachers don’t seem to care about the kids. Every time I have dropped him off and picked him up, they are just cleaning up so they can go home at the end of the day and not watching the kids. My son has come home multiple times in soaked clothes, which never happens unless you never change his diaper. Also the kids can have runny noses and wiping their snot all over the toys, and the staff doesn’t care. I have commented several times about this issue and they won’t resolve it. Saying the soaked diapers was because he came in after the diaper changing time? What the hell? And the noses, because there’s too many kids so they don’t have time. Stop worrying about being able to go home on time and start playing with the kids! Get on the floor and play with them! Don’t just let them go wild. When my kid gets injured and they don’t even know what happened? Shame on you. Also I had my friend go and pick him up one time. She hadn’t been registered to pick him up yet, but no one was at the front desk. She went back after waiting 15 minutes for someone, grabbed my son and walked back out without ever seeing someone up front. This scares me for the children. Anyone can just walk in and take a kid without someone noticing! Care more about the kids and maybe i will bring my kid back.
