Upgraded review: I was about to publish a review with only 2 stars because my sign-​up experience was very complicated and 3 months into my membership I realized there were a bunch of extras I had been missing out on simply because I was not told about them until just recently. I’m upgrading to 4 stars because I just called to get some clarification about an offer and the person I spoke to was very helpful. I explained why I was frustrated and she went through and clarified all the aspects of my membership with me. She also informed me that the person who initially signed me up is no longer working there. I’m looking forward to really getting my money’s worth with my membership now! As for the facility and beds, it’s clean, hours are convenient, and beds are usually available.

Went on Thursday night May 5, with only about half an hour until close and Sarah was super helpful and nice. My best friend and I explained that she was getting married Saturday so we were in desperate need of a spray tan that night. I’ll definitely be back!
