If I weren’t so busy kissing my computer, I’d drive over to L2 and hug the owner/consultant who recovered my data. I had a damaged hard drive that had not successfully backed up to my external drive(despite my high and mighty backup efforts!). L2 worked to recover the data from that external drive — unsuccessfully, then repeated the process on the actual damaged computer/hard drive. During the process, Mister L2 was patient with my phone calls and questions, my stress, and ultimately, delivered both a perfectly restored data backup but did so at a very fair price(happily agreed to try the second drive at no additional charge) with quick turnaround. End result = very satisfied customer. Ironically, I had first called the other local Mac tech store on the recommended list from the Apple Store, simply because they are closer to me, and that store never even returned my call. Best call I never got! I’m planning to work with L2 going forward and I highly recommend them for great results, high integrity, good communication and fair prices. Thank you L2!
