The coffee here is still great, but if you’re looking for a place to take a call or get some work in its WAAY too loud in here, even for a coffee shop. I was really disappointed as I stopped to take a call here and couldn’t even hear myself think.

Biggby is amazing for starters and the staff was friendly too. I have gotten a Red Bull Crème Freeze at other locations and this Biggby made the strongest one I’ve ever had. Depending on your mood that could be a really great thing or if you’re like me, not so much. I will go back to my tried and true favorite, Caramel Apple Cider. I literally dream about the stuff! You seriously can’t go wrong with Biggby though.

I’ve used the drive thru here several times and always get consistently good service. It’s a little strange that they have the cashier make small talk at the window while your order is being prepared, but I suppose it can take a while to make a drink depending on the order and they don’t want to make you feel like you’re waiting quite as long as you actually are.

I remember back in my day we didn’t have any chain coffee shops in Mt. Pleasant… thank goodness for them now! Biggby is your typical chain café, but the huge plus is their flavored coffee and convenient hours. I come home every year to find my favorite coffee house(Kaya) closed during the holidays. Biggby stayed open and received at least 6 purchases from me within a few days. Thanks, baristas, for the conversation and amusement at our order of a large drink with 6 shots of espresso in it!

This place is great for a little town like Mount Pleasant. The inside is very clean and modern. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The customer service here is phenomenal. They obviously put in the time to get to know their customers. I’ve been here a few times to use their wifi and they pretty much know my usual. :) I think customer service in a small town and a small coffee company like this is absolutely critical. I’m glad they’re putting the time in their customer relation. The only problem I have is the prices; I usually order a café au lait($ 2.65) and to me that’s a little pricey for coffee and cream… Some places I’ve visited is $ 1.30 and that’s served in a in-house mug. Overall, this place is great!
