It’s a Panera Bread! It’s been my family’s favorite for quite some time but since we don’t have anymore business in the area we don’t visit it as often. It is good and consistent just like a Panera should be but it is not as crowded, or at least I haven’t seen it as crowded as some of the other locations I’ve visited. The food is good, timely and tasty, and so is the coffee. :)

Love Panera Bread and this one is good. Easy parking and they have the quick order stations where you order your food on a tablet and pay for it there. Easy to pick up a quick lunch or dinner.

Always ask for no horseradish on the Asiago steak but they ALWAYS put it on anyways. The change was confirmed after payment by the cashier but the kitchen must just ignore it. Not Cool

This Panera Bread is a standalone store within a strip mall. They offer pretty much a standard selection of sandwiches, baked goods, and soups, like all other Panera Bread locations. I find the food to be a tad overpriced but service was good.

This Panera is a good one! Located right in IT Crossing, you can grab a healthy bite or a cup of coffee and continue your shopping. It’s a very clean establishment and the employees are always pretty friendly. It gets busy, but they seem to have a good system in getting everyone through without a big backlog. There’s tons of seating which is helpful because it gets crowded. They even a little fireplace which is a nice touch in the colder months and outdoor seating for when it’s warmer. The food is the same as any Panera. Always love the classic salad with chicken and french onion soup combo off their«you pick two» menu. Kid friendly and a handful of options for the little ones. Great for a break from your shopping, a nice little lunch or to meet someone for coffee or tea; not to mention crazy delicious bread!

Loved the fact that they recommend the new items! I tried the miso bowl. Fabulous. Also had he new hibiscus tea — seriously love the fruity taste. My daughter had a turkey sandwich. Was good and she liked the cheese! We did sit outside which was very clean.

Food isn’t bad. Soup is amazing. This place gets super packed around lunch time then dies down around 2:30 — 3:00 everyday. They take Apple pay which you can order your stuff right off the app and pay from within the app. They also take Apple pay at register which made it a fast checkout. Food is pricey but worth stopping to eat here every once in a while. Free wifi is also a plus

Any chain like panera everything will be the same food wise. The décor and restaurant layout will be very similar. But the thing that will set them apart is the staff. I love most things that comes out of paneras kitchen from the smoothies to paninis to soups. There is a wider variety to chose from. My favs include the tomato mozzarella panini and the chicken soup in a sourdough bread bowl. They service at this particular location is fast and friendly Recent I had used their new mobile app ordering system to order and ½ and ½. Half soup and half sandwich. When I got it home I opened my dinner to see there was now turkey on the half of a turkey sandwich I order. So o called the store talked to the manager and what they did for me was beyond satisfying. The made me a whole sandwich fresh refunded the full amount of my purchase have me a few bags of chips and offered me a free bakery item. Overall I walked out of there a happy customer and will continue to be for many more dinners to come

Food is standardized pretty much like all franchises. But the bakery goods and soups are quite tasty. This particular location is very crowded which may be a function of the many retail stores in the ITC Crossing Center.
