This place was so slow, I never ended up ordering. I just stood behind a couple of people in line while the one slow person behind the counter kept saying«I’ll be with everyone in a minute». I got so tired of waiting I checked the Unilocal reviews while I was standing there! That’s when I found out the food is rated low as well. That is when I made a bolt for the door. The few people who accumulated behind me seemed happy I was giving up my spot, I guess so they might get their lunch before dinner time. I had eaten here once before and the food was not hot enough. Won’t be giving it a third try.

Very rude staff. You are better off going elsewhere. I had asked the staff outside a few questions and they all scurried inside without answering any of the questions. I don’t expect miracles from mcdonalds but some form of normal interaction is expected

Wow, the staff really needs training. There was only one person at the register and she was okay. However, there was no ketchup so I returned to the counter. The cashier was already helping someone else. She wouldn’t acknowledge me and maybe that wasn’t so bad. It seems she could have multitasks for just a second. However, she was being patient and helping someone else that was pretty slow. The big problem I have is that a couple employees were lounging around on some comfy chairs that are near the counter and probably intended for customers. Maybe they were early for work or on break, but it still bothered me that they were just hanging out there and taking up space intended for customers, and no one cared that I was standing there while my food was getting cold. A young man(probably his first job) got up from his chair and went behind the counter so I asked him for ketchup he said he couldn’t help me because he wasn’t clocked in. Then he refilled his soda and headed back to the chairs. He returned a min or two later and asked whether I got my ketchup yet. I said no. He then clocked in on the computer and then, in a fraction of a second, reached under the counter and retrieved a handful of ketchup packets for me. OMG, I had to wait 3 or 4 min, including a couple more seconds for him to clock in before he could spend a fraction of a second to get me some ketchup? I didn’t see a manager at all. As I mentioned earlier, this is probably his first job, so I blame the management more than the kid. They really need to get things straightened out there! Employees shouldn’t be hanging out like that and should learn that the customer is important. There are a ton of fast food options in the area.

There’s been some improvement with the people skills of the staff. The food is more consistent. Dining room cleanliness is hit or miss. I don’t go all the way to Ledgewood anymore. Hate feeding my kids this junk, but with so many activities, gotta do it sometimes. Besides, can’t beat the cones.

The caveats of patronizing this McDonalds 1-Do not drive an SUV or Mini Van thru the drive thru. It is very tight and you will always hit the curb. 2-Expect to wait a minimum of 20 minutes in the drive thru in the morning. They don’t know how to process transactions according to McDonalds Guidelines. 3-Make sure you have the correct amount of change because if you are short .01 or .05, the red headed attendant in the drive thru will dig in her heals and hold up the line until you cough up the additional .o1 or nickel. 4-Never complain to Dave Schikel-the gm. This is a guy who can’t take criticism and doesn’t understand MCDonald’s Policies and Guidelines. In my many years of patronizing McDonalds, I have never come across a gm(in my opinion) as unprofessional, inept and ineffective as this guy. 4-Never complain to the asst mgr-Maria. Maria will never pass on your complaints or comments. Instead, Maria will smile at you and give you lip service. Maria will blabber to the rest of the staff that you requested her name. Maria will also tell you that her name is «Mary.» 5-Be sure to demand all of your condiments and make sure you get them. They will never give you cream, sugar, a stirrer, napkins, equal, catsup, unless you ask for it and if you need 7 packets of catsup, make sure your request 7 packets-otherwise you will get(1) packet.

And we have a winner for potentially the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Sloppy and slow and non-attentive to customers like I’ve never seen. Oh… And McDonald’s, give up on the grilled onion and cheese burger. If this was prepared to your standards, it was horrible. End the experiment now. I try to stay away from McDonalds in general but this restaurant really lowered the bar for fast food.
