I haven’t been here in quite awhile because I moved, but the one time I did take my Mom’s dog there, they were wonderful! The dog had been skunked, and my mom was in the hospital at the time. Never owning a dog of my own, I didn’t know what to do. Not only did these wonderful people take her immediately, they reassured me that my mom would never know, unless I told her, which I did, of course. When I picked Ellie up, she smelled delightful, had a haircut and even had a pretty bow in her hair! I was so relieved! I’m about to make another appointment. My mom tried a place that wasn’t so SMART with her PET… Lesson learned! Definitely, sticking with The Pet Grooming Studio!

I can’t complain. They took my old lady on short notice and were very customer service oriented and welcoming. They even set up the next appointment for my girl: o) I’m happy with the service. They were quick too.

This place is great. I have been taking my generations of dogs here for over 20 years. They treat animals like they were their own. My new pup has been very anxious about getting groomed and they have taken the extra time with him each time to make him comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone with dogs!

I brought my little 2lb maltipoo puppy here for her very first grooming. No one quite knew what to expect from her since she had never been groomed before. The staff was extremely friendly on the phone and got me in same-​day in order to utilize their Monday promotion. They offered me the best rate of anywhere I called, and did a great job with my puppy! Her cut was adorable (they did exactly what I asked them to do) and she was completely relaxed when she came out. Studio was clean and well maintained. Overall I was extremely pleased and will definitely be returning!

I think they do a great job here. I have been taking my dog here for years even though its not close to home. My dog always looks fabulous. The groomer is a really caring. I have been to several other groomers — one very close to home and even Pet Smart. I prefer The Pet Grooming Studio over anyone else and will continue to drive a little further for their services. Heads up: they do not accept plastic so be sure to have checks or cash.

Love this place. They treat my dogs like they are their own and never disappoint!!!
I can leave my dogs there all day long for their grooming without a worry.
I highly recommend them for grooming dogs, cats, and more.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is awful. They kept my cat for 6 ½ hours in a small room with multiple dogs. I had asked them to give him a lion cut (basically shave him down a bit). When I picked him up his hair was the exact same length as when I dropped him off that morning and he had crap all over his paws that they had neglected to clean off. I didn’t get a good look at him until I got home as he was cowering in the carrier but when I did, I immediately called them and was given a complete run around. Asked to speak to the owner at least 3x’s and still haven’t heard. Stopped payment on check and would not recommend this place to anyone!
