I thought this place would have the same food as Spaghetti House in Marlton. Only to find they stole their name, but definitely not their food quality! If you had a good food product you wouldn’t need to try to steal other people’s businesses.

Not good. Great garlic bread, pretty good pizza. The spaghetti bolognese is Chef Boyardee. Aside from the brown salad the dressings are just lousy. Overcooked cheesesteaks with cheap unmelted cheese on a toasted because it’s stale roll. The original spaghetti house was so good…,

Overall, the food was pretty good. It wasn’t the best Italian food I’ve had at this price range but it was OK. My biggest complaint was the service. We had to wait at least 15 minutes to be seated. The server explained they had a few large parties and were a little behind. We were ok with that and told them to take their time. We were patient realizing that we also needed a high chair for our child and that is sometimes difficult to find the right place in such a small dining room. At this point we began to see that two of the servers seemed overhelmed with the busy atmosphere of the restaurant. They finally found us a place to sit but it seemed as if they really didn’t know where to put us. We sat for 10 minutes without menus and silverware. I asked for menus and joked that we didn’t want to be forgotten. The server seemed to take this as an insult and quickly told us she didn’t forget. Other tables seated after us already had their menus when they were seated. I asked for straws for our drinks and was told they ran out. After the parties left, things seemed to get back on track. The party next to us seemed to have the same experience and called the service«questionable». I guess overall I would go back if I knew they weren’t busy.

Another reason to love the Spaghetti House: loaves of fresh baked bread. They’re usually baked at around 4 p.m., perfect for grabbing one after work for dinner or tomorrow’s lunch. Its pretty amazing stuff and a mere $ 2/loaf. Get at it.

I decided to give this place a shot after reading Christopher’s review. I ordered a «small» stromboli. The stromboli is HUUUGE! Unfortunately, size doesn’t make up for the taste — Very bland, absolutely dripping with oil, and it came with this awful excuse for marinara sauce that was thin and watery. :( On another visit(I know, I’m a glutton for punishment), I decided to try out the pizza after reading Christopher’s review. I thought it was very average, nothing to write home about. At $ 1.50/slice, at least it was cheap. But I’ve had better tasting slices at Scotto’s and Sbarro’s.
