Our family absolutely love this place. They have great customer service, our food is always welcome and our orders are always perfect. We love family night when they do local activities have the couch and enjoy family time. You can never go wrong with Chick-​fil-​A

They have a very hospitable environment inside their doors. The food has a great taste and my family enjoys dining at this location occasionally.

I love this location. The kids enjoy it and they have a lot of activities for them as well as a great play place. I have never had any thing bad or come out wrong there. Out of all the locations I have been to this is the best one.

My family just had the absolute best experience at this restaurant we are traveling across the country and a this is the best experience I’ve ever had at a chick-​fila the employees were so kind especially Kenny Beard he went above and beyond to help us out and let my daughter make her own ice cream! If your driving through this is the place to stop!

Taking a trip and needed some food. This chain never lets us down (unless it’s Sunday!). Pulled up to a long line… DIDN’T EVEN MATTER because they were on their «A» game. They had employees outside taking orders. While waiting in line we saw a guy making balloons so we got one for the kids for free, and to top it off the guy pulls out a MILKBONE! for the dog. (Yes he worked here) This place was prepared for all scenarios. Total wait time was around 3min or less and that was with a longgggg line. I’ve wait longer being the only person in line at other places. All said and done, this place fulfilled full expectations, order was correct, and back onto the road in a flash.

I love chick-​fil-​as’ chicken biscuits. Was coming back from traveling west and stop in to order breakfast. Drive thru. Got a #1 and 3 chicken biscuits with 2 sweet tea and a coffee with sugar and cream. My order was read back correctly and card swiped outside. Got to the window to pick up and left. Inside the bag was only 2 chicken biscuits (instead of 4) no tots. The two sweet teas correct, and coffee was black, no cream or sugar. Disappointed on order being read back correctly but punched in wrong. Ended up hungry on i40…

One of my favorite Chick-​Fil-​As! Will ALWAYS visit this Chick-​fil-​A before ever thinking about Lebanon’s rude Chick-​fil-​A!

Chick-​fil-​a is great as a chain for consistency. As with any CFA, you receive quality service and quality food. If you don’t, they’ll make it right.
In fact, we had a morning we went to the drive-​thru, and when we got home half our order was missing. We called to tell them, and they offered to either drive our full order to us or to give us a refund. In that case, we had elsewhere to be and opted for the refund… but we certainly appreciated that they were going to deliver another order to us!

you know, i hate to give chic-​fil-​a only two starts, because, the food is great – like one of the 7 wonders of the world great, but… at this particular location, the service is never very friendly. i’ve given it many a-​gos, at many different times, on different days, and i never really receive the same friendliness i do at the cool springs location (that location is the best! they even give your doggy a treat if he’s in the car with you!). i’ve encountered the management, and he wasn’t friendly at all. i was there this morning satisfying my craving of chicken minis, and i just left, well, sad. like the kids never picked for football, not even by the preacher’s kid, i felt unwelcome… and at chic-​fil-​a!!! :(
i live pretty close to this location, and by all logic, i should be about 500 pounds by now, but it’s pretty easy to pass this one by when the service is never very friendly. :/

Spicy Chicken Deluxe is the best fast food sandwich that exists. My closest Chick-​fil-​A is 9 miles away, in Mt. Juliet and I make a weekly trip out there to savor the delights of this sandwich. The accompanying waffle fries are really good too!
I also highly recommend the chicken strips.

Excellent location. Very friendly service, well-​trained staff and they are primarily young (below 25). Always helpful, attentive, repeat your order to you and smile back at you when they hand you the food. Very clean and they move folks thru the line quickly (I.e. Fast food) the way you anticipate it to happen.

Good, quality food at an affordable price. The service is prompt and courteous. Their chicken burgers are good, but try the chicken noodle soup and their salads – both of which are very good.

Andy R.‘s review is entirely uncalled for and pathetic, but for the first time, I was disappointed in Chik Fil A. For the first time, they just didn’t seem to care about my experience.
One of the employees offered to get the manager to deal with my dissatisfaction, but the manager apparently wouldn’t deign to see me, so I was left out in the cold. If you can get to the Chik Fil A near Belle Meade, I would recommend that, instead.

In the fast food arena Chick-​fil-​a is as good as it gets. They are always super nice and helpful and the food is great. The kids can play in the indoor play gym while you enjoy your food.

A refreshing stop along the way. You can always count on CFA to provide excellent customer service and quality food. Today it was a delicious chicken salad sandwich and cole slaw and fries.

Love the grilled chicken club with a side of carrot raisin salad.

Well, the Chick-​fil-​a in Mount Juliet reminds me a lot of the Chick-​fil-​a in Hermitage… and the one Lynchburg, VA… and Raleigh, NC… and downtown Chicago.
It’s Chick-fil-a…they serve delicious chicken and advertise with cows.
This location is nice, staff is friendly and they do a lot of theme nights and give always (sign up for their alerts via text for some seriously good deals).
