Waited at least 5 minutes at the drive thru just to give my order. I then waited another 15 minutes just to get my order which was then incorrect. No apology from the manager or employee who took the order. There was one employee who was getting the drinks who apologized to us even though she didn’t do anything wrong. I would give that employee 5⁄5 stars but this place is awful and inefficient. Long wait, inefficient, rude. 0⁄5 if not for the one employee who actually knows how to do their job and understands customer service.

Very inefficient. A manager(shirt untucked and obviously overwhelmed) was working both the drive thru and the front counter. While waiting in line I watched 2 people in line leave. I seriously must have waited 15 – 20 minutes if not longer to simply place my order and there were only 4 people in line. There were 4 visible workers in the back(cooks, etc). It’s obvious they need to be crossed trained to work the registers also. The manager did keep hollering to the back to make sure his associates took their break by a certain time. Again, they weren’t busy, only the manager was running back and forth and obviously overwhelmed. He needs to do a little more delegating and training to insure that things are fluid on the front in.
