I was going to this office because I moved an hour from my old dentist. I never really had a problem until recently. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning. I told her I didn’t want a deep cleaning, just a regular cleaning. She said my oral health says I need a deep cleanin. which equals $$$$ for. the she took that bib off me and sent me up front. to check out. My son went there and the dentist said he had 6 cavities. so I was fed up with this place. Went to my old dentist the following week. had a regular cleaning. my teeth look great. I didn’t need a deep cleaning. when my son was examined by old dentist. he old had 1 cavity not 6. so I paid $ 50 instead of $ 1300 for 6 cavities to be filled… I’m glad I went and got a different opinion

The staff is great! They were friendly, helpful and did seem to care about doing a good job. I appreciated that. However, a doctor there had made comments that I found left a bad taste in my mouth. On my very first visit I noted bleeding when flossing. This was met with a «I haven’t heard that in the last two minutes» remark. Okay, I can see how that may be annoying to hear often. I was asked and I answered honestly. I thought that is what was expected of me as a patient. My next visit was due to cavities. This work took a bit of time and having to ‘open wide’ that long is taxing for anyone. He acknowledged this, but felt the need to add that ‘maybe next time I wouldn’t have two cavities to fill’ Well Dr. you won’t have to worry about a next time.

Was going to him for 10 years. Lost my insurance and haven’t gone in about 2 years. I get to go back now ance I have insurance a again. So happy. All the hygienists are great!
