I wouldn’t go back here. At first I thought they were friendly and caring when I needed extensive dental work. Then I realized: 1) Equipment is outdated 2) Office staff is overworked and unfriendly 3) Due to the small size of the office, their hours are limited – good luck if you work a 9 – 5 job… 4) Despite my warnings that I am one of those fair-skinned, red-in-the-hair people nearly immune to Novocaine, the staff insisted that I was ‘imagining’ feeling the drill and the stake-like thing in my tooth. Well, I definitely know what it’s like to NOT feel the pain and that was pretty damn painful. 5) I’ve never been to a place that has more trouble getting a good x-ray – and they caused pain to do it. Went to another place and they did a whole set much easier. Must be more outdated equipment. 6) If your dental practices aren’t perfect, you’ll get lectured. They didn’t care about the fact that I was unemployed, had no money, or that rent came before dental care in the past – they saw that when I went there I was employed and had the money for it so I got the lecture each time. Go find a dentist that does high-tech stuff instead. This one made it like my dental problems were end-of-the-world. I went to a better place in Philly and they did all x-rays, started work, and provided me with a comprehensive dental plan all in an hour’s time. Don’t expect less … and don’t expect a pain-free experience here. I’ve never had pain at another dentist or dental specialist – not even when I had wisdom teeth removed and a root canal. Here a regular checkup and ‘scaling’ was murder.
