Built Solid Renovations

One of the worst experiences ever! Hired them to replace siding, roof, gutters
It was all suppose to be done in 4 weeks and it took 6 months. Very sloppy a lot of unfinished work.
Pulled off our satellite and had no tv for 5 days and fried 2 of our flat screens and took no responsibility
Ran out of siding when it was ¾ done. Had to wait 4 more weeks for it to get finished. Broke a wire on side of house. Left electrical boxes hanging off side of house wide open.
No clean up. 100s of nails all around house and damaged our deck
Numerous problems with what I was told would be done and what they were actually trying to do. Was suppose to get top of line insulation and they tried to not install it
No organization. Had to keep resending them the same information over and over.
Very sloppy work. Came home one day and some of the siding just fell off the side of the house.
They were just worried about collecting their money and not worried about all the unfinished work. The business owner could care less of customer satisfaction
These were just some of the issues really too many too list
Shame on me for not investigating them more prior to hiring. It sounded too good to be true and it was. They lost a lot of business around me from neighbors watching all the issues.
